when does he get the tomes in his inventory? it said 3 main quests, but is getting the Urn and saving Redcliffe considered one quest even though it is 2? ive done the Urn and saving redcliffe, and the circle tower. can i get the tomes now?

I'm not sure whether the Urn counts as a separate quest from the Arl of Redcliffe. I'd just take a little trip to the Brecelian Forest and find out if Varathorn has the tomes you need.
