How far into the game are you? At one point those areas are supposed to disappear as they are lost to the 'Shadows'...

Are you still in Act 1, or are you in the latter part of Act II?

Maybe this will help:

This'll get you to Elanee's cutscene.
Travel to Fort Locke or Highcliff.

DebugMode 1
rs ga_conversation_self("00_debug")
DebugMode 0

That runs a nifty little dialog. Select:
Start.
Where can I go?
I'm done with Fort Locke.
Yes.

First, go to Fort Locke.

Then hit the ~ (tilde) key. This is above Tab and below Esc on most keyboards - if yours isn't the American layout, you might have to search for how to find the key. An oddity is that while the ~ is actually typed with the Shift key, on my system I don't use Shift.

This will open a console which is superimposed over the screen. You type in those commands and Enter after each one. Type them just as shown, punctuation is crucial. Hitting the ~ again will close the console.

There should be a box like a conversation on the screen. You can enter the actual responses for your own situation, not just the examples skwerlz gave.

I haven't ever actually done this, but the guy skwerlz was helping got it to work. I may give it a try tonight. It only takes a couple minutes to get to Ft. Locke.

Okay, an amusing little debugger; worked like a charm. Of course, my game wasn't bugged - but it did let me proceed. One thing though - it doesn't seem to have a direct to Highcliff option if you've already recruited Elanee. You could go to other areas, but that won't put Highcliff on the map. Still worth a try, though.

p.s.  "Start" is actually "Start (10-warpelf)" or something like that.

You're welcome. I learned a fun little toy to play with, too, so you're doubly welcome.

p.s. This bug you had was supposedly squashed by a patch long ago. If you haven't already patched up to the max, I strongly suggest you do so.
