When you have actually completed a full Problem Report, perhaps someone can offer a suggestion.

Hey D,
I agree that a error log would be good, but I noticed I had lag issues as well, but I blamed it on the game trying to upload charcater info, I actually went into task manager and shut down the DA update service and the lag went away for me,although probably not a good idea if you want to keep progress online.
That was my experience anyway, Cheers! Wil SilverHeart

The simplest problems to deal with are those related to hardware, and the average gamer really doesn't understand everything there is to know about PC performance as related to the components, most particularly graphics hardware, so if we have the component summary early on, we can eliminate many questions more rapidly.
Including adequate information in a problem report, DA O:

It doesn't actually crash, there is no error message, i just have to go into task manager because it lags so much.

You don't actually CARE enough about receiving a useful answer to make even the slightest of an effort? If all you want to do is to complain, you are off topic, and there is a separate forum for just that. http://social.biowar...tegory/13/index

This reminds me of the ten year old would-be Little Leaguer watching the ants out in left field when the ball is finally hit in his direction, and he's been in his own little world so long he never knows it's headed his way.

It could be programs running in the background. (Virus Scanners, etc.)
It could be the video drivers.
What are your specs?
DA-O runs flawless for me and I have:
Win7 64-bit Ultimate (all updates)
Zotac GTX 480 AMP! Edition (latest whql drivers, not over-clocked)
6GB DDR3 1600 triple channel
SB X-FI Titanium Fatality PCI-E card (latest whql drivers)
Corsair 1000W HX power supply
WD Caviar 1TB Black series drive
Intel i920 2.67 GHz quad core (better than stock cooling and not over-clocked)
Samsung 275 Tplus LCD running native 1920x1200 res.

Dumb question maybe, but what mods for the game are you running? What you're describing sounds like something that happens if player created mods have certain things set that shouldn't be.

there is a mod running actually, and it appeared most of the time in these situations, the problem is ( now this is stupid ) i don't know what the mod is. all i know is these random sentences the the playable character can say appear in dialoug with an " (X) at the end of them.
