Earlier today whe I started my game I it wouldn't connect to cerberus network, but was still connected to XBL. Not that this is aproblem since I have all the DLC, but still what does this mean and what can be done about it?

Don't worry it works anyway... Try to play without connection. It worked for me.

My Cerberus Network won't connect either... Sooo...what happens if I've bought a NEW 360, like I just did, and need to re-download some content that I ALREADY had before...like NOW? 
(licenses should be irrelevant, as I'm signed in to LIVE. The game seems to know that I should be able to connect, and tries...and I just get some nonsense server message)

It just up and decided it wants to work now...
Whatever...this is ridiculous, but I'm glad the game I paid for wants to work now.

I am having the same problem and it started last week after an electrical storm. And I am still using the same system no mods or harddrive changes since ME 2 came out
