A few months ago I moved and it seems that while packing my wife threw away my booklet with my ME2 registration code. I thought I had registered it with the site but apparently I never did, so I was unable to go through that to get it (found my ME1 code in that though lol). I still have my original case, the cds and my cerberus network code but thats all.
Any suggestions would be a lot of help

I have the same problem!
I asked in the Service center in German and English about this problem, but after nearly 2 weeks i am still waiting for a respond! I lost my Mass Effect 2 Collectors Edition Manual. So I don't have anymore the Serial Key to install my game! I already registered it but couldnt find my key in no part of the Bioware's page! I also obtainend various DLCs. I still got the CDs, Bonus-Content, Cerberus Code etc...
