The Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition has been announced! The 2009 RPG of the Year, along with the Awakening expansion and all game add-ons will be available in a single package on October 26! Check with your local retailer or look for it digitally through the EA store.

the UE is already worth it if it has patches in it, and decisions/events properly transfer from one module to another (like the blood sacrificed mother thing)

Thank you, all I'm missing is Awakening, Golems and Witch Hunt but it's still worth buying this anyway so thank you! A way for some of my friends who were put off by the amount of DLC being released for this game to buy it aswell, so I'm telling them to get this too. Best ultimate edition of a game ever.

Eh...if anything shoving all this stuff into one big Ultimate Edition means when DA2 comes out I may just hold out for the inevitable Ultimate edition there.

Or you could buy DA2 but not any of the DLC for it so you get to play the original game. Then a year later you can buy the ultimate edition which will probably still be a discount on all 7/8 DLC or even expansion packages.

Don't have to "make" anything. 

Just package ""DA Ruleset Fixpack", "Qwinn's Unoffical Fixpack", "Dialogue Tweaks", "Morrigan Restoration Patch" (with ZDF add-in), and "Gatekisses". 
There. DA:O  as God and the writers meant it to be!
(Oh, you're right. Forgot about Silverite Mine and busted PQs in DA:A!  Guess a patch is still needed.  )

I wish there was an option for those that have purchased the DLC to be able to get just a disc version of the DLC.

Wow. If Bioware doesn't include the broken textures (sentinel armor etc) in this package, i know that some people will be pissed.

Yeah, I was mostly talking about DA:A... Most of the bugs in DA:O didn't affect me.

True true true... its funny that I ended up spending more on all the DLC and Awakening than the price of Orgins and yet Origins was longer and (IMO) more enjoyable than all the DLC and Awakening put together.

But I guess thats the point of DLC for a company....

Good news for me i guess, i haven't purchased Dragon age yet. But yeah, i won't be buying Bioware DLC anymore, seeing how it gets released at a cheaper price later.

Echoing UnPlayer88's question, could someone from Bioware clarify whether the DLC included with this will be on disc or voucher based? (I'm interested in knowing this for the 360, but I'm sure others will want to know about other versions) Also, could someone clarify whether or not some of the "non-quest" DLC (Blood Dragon Armor, feastday gifts, etc.) is included, as I didn't see any of that mentioned in the press release. Thanks.

No, the DLC is saved to your account. There is no way to burn them at all.
