I pre-Ordered from them and I still didn't receive the email with the serail and all that, their support has not proven very helpful in resolving this for me...

Or at this point, would I be better off buying that separately?
(I do already have the content that came with the DDE downloaded).

Since most of us have no idea what's included in the Steam "Digital Deluxe Edition", you'll have to tell us before we can advise you on getting what's missing!Dresden867 wrote...
Is there any possibility of some sort of pack for just the DLC? I actually bought the "digital deluxe" on Steam just a few days ago, so paying again for just the DLC above and beyond that would seem silly, but I do want it.

So, since you already have TSP and WK, (and remember, this is totally one Personal Opinion. YMMV!Dresden867 wrote...

Worth it ! Buy Today:
-- Return to Ostagar (RtO)
-- Leliana's Song (LS)
-- Witch Hunt (WH)
Sure, if you have the spare cash:
-- Awakenings (DA:A)
Only if you like a pure Dungeon Crawl/Hack-n-Slash:
-- Golems of Amgarrak (GoA)
Only if you can't figure out how to enter the "add approval" Console Command:
-- FeastDay Crap
Never. Ever.
-- "The DLC Which Must Not Be Named"
Although... as my son just pointed out, if you're going to buy ALL that additonal content anyway, (and DA:A is at least USD20 right there) since Amazon.com has the PC version of the UE on sale at USD49 right now, you might as well go for it!

I'm realy sorry, i'm sure someone already asked it but I wonder.
Will the UE ships to Canada ? Now, later or never?
Cause I've been looking everywhere and the retailers here doesn't even know if there's going to be one.
Yes, it is supposed to be released in Canada, on the 26th, a dev even confirmed it here in this very thread.
Futureshop.ca is listing it as available now, and several Canadians on Gamefaqs claim to have bought the game at EBGames. However, the EB Canadian website does not have it listed and some Canadians are saying they can't find it. I haven't tried myself, Im going thursday or Friday.
So: yes, Canadian release on 26th, but you may have some difficulty finding it at the moment.

Similarly, will Bioware be dropping the price to purchase the DLC content separately for those of us who recently purchased DA:O by itself? I didn't even know about an Ultimate Edition when I purchased about 2 weeks ago and now I find myself unable to return this copy or trade it in.
I would really rather not go buy Ultimate Edition as it seems like a repeat purchase. As a matter of fact, I WILL NOT be purchasing it. Especially with DA2 in the picture. I would be more than willing to purchase a few DLC and perhaps Awakening to finish up my DA:O experience before the sequel if Bioware were to bring the prices more in line with what I (,and from what I've seen, many) find them to be worth at this point.
I've seen several members pose this question in different forms, but the Bioware staff seem keen on ignoring it. So... any official responses?

Revisiting Fereledin is great.
I was planning on just playing for a bit... 8 hours later and its all I did on my day off.
There's something to be said about a game thats been out as long as this and keep me interested even though I've beaten before and make me forget about new games like Fallout: New Vegas.
So glad I waited for UE totally worth the money and all the DLCs right there.

I paied every single dlc hoping to see the bioware i used to know years ago and see you making things better. instead every dlc was more **** and bugged than the previous one. and no fix, for any of them!
you're just like blizzard. you just wanna make more money abusing who doesn't have anything else they like to play, just like them. there's no worst insult than this one. think about it.
ridicolous. i ain't gonna buy dragonage 2, mass effect 3, swtor or whatever you wanna sell in the future.

UK retailers list UE as coming out on the 29th.

I'm planning to purchase this for my PS3 mainly because of the DLCs, but I was wondering if you could load your old save file in this one.
Thanks for the help!
You can use your old saves.

IamOmnivore, add me to the list. I purchased the game barely two days ago. Played it first time tonight. Was looking up some information on the game and found out about the Ultimate Edition being on sale...really kicking myself.

Yes, Mercy. That is a great word for this situation. Some of us had no clue an UE was coming. We're new to this community, but just barely too new to get in on this great bundle.
It would be a great disservice to us newbie DA:O fans to insist we purchase UE as the only solution to this issue. Many of us cannot trade in or swap DA:O original for the new version. Please Bioware - some "Mercy" is in order.
