Well which game by bioware are you more excited to play and why? I'm going for Dragon Age 2 because the companions were more talkative and interesting in Dragon Age Origins and the story was better imo. I love both series though....

Mass Effect 3 by a long shot. Mass Effect is one of the best Sci-Fi storylines i've ever read, watched, or played. Plus the gameplay fits my style a little better.

Mass Effect 3 by far, though if DA3 features the DAO Warden as main character, then I'd put DA3 on the same level or slightly below.

ME3. Love both series, but at least with Dragon Age there's always new mods coming out--it keeps the game fresh. Besides, we get to see the end of Shepard's story; I'm more impatient for that then the unveiling of Hawke, cool as (s)he may be.

I bought DAO for two reasons, first I wanted the Blood Dragon Armor bonus for ME2, second I wanted something to play while I waited for ME2 to come out.



But I really enjoyed it, and will probably get DAO2 once it hits its first price decrease.

DA:2 since it's going to be released sooner than ME3. But I must say the atmosphere in ME3 is way better than in DA:2 even though combat options are more limited in ME3. Great games both of them though.

ME3, no question. ME2 is the greatest game of all time and the Mass Effect series is one of the, if not the, greatest video game sagas ever told. I can't wait to see how it all ends.

If I had to buy one, for some reason, and not the other I'd pick Mass Effect 3. No doubt. Gotta stop those Reapers and see what the future holds for my favorite squad mates.

I love Dragon Age, but I love Mass Effect even more. Now, if they turn DA2-4 into a trilogy featuring Hawke like ME does Shepard, I may jump to the Dragon Age ship permanently, though I don't see that happening.

Both, though it is easier to be excited about DA2 because of its earlier release date. That said, I'm only really excited while playing them - when not actively playing it doesn't occupy my mind much. Not like TOR.

Mass Effect 3. I played Dragon Age religiously for many months. Then I bought Mass Effect on a whim because it said "Bioware". I have not looked back since and haven't even bothered with any Dragon Age 2 news or footage yet.
