Dragon Age has, and always will be, just a game that gets me to the next ME game.
There good games but not equal to the ME franchise.
DA2 will be much better now that all characters will be voiced including the main character.

ME3. Those possibilities for multiple endings, with council, alliance, cerberus and other denizens of the galaxy facing the reapers, etc etc. Just too many questions on how it will be unfold. Besides, I need a certain "dark hair, L2, Alliance Officer" fix that I aint getting from ME2 T__T
2011 / 2012 is sure is a looooong time when you're eagerly waiting for something =(

For me, this is not a fair question to ask.
ME3 hasn't even been announced yet. And Dragon Age 2 has a trailer and I've seen it's gameplay, and it's taking pieces of what made me be able to get into the ME franchise so much and applying them to DA2. And beards.
That being said, at this point, I would say I'm equally excited. But when some real info is dropped for ME3, then my anticipation will most likely outweigh that of DA2.

Going to have to go with ME3. Mainly due to the game play. I liked both stories, though ME1 and ME2 I hold a bit higher because of characters like Grunt Garus and Liara, but when complair the two I found that combat seemed to flow much smoother in ME2 than Dragon Age.
I also found myself pausing the action to maneuver and use skill in DA as location and positioning played a more vital role. This was challenging and though fun in it's own right I always felt that the combat seemed to stretch on for too long at time. Yes I understand that micromanagement was a part of the game but I'll always find having to coordinated the party's every movement or using the combat priority set up seemed to subtract from the combat.

Dragon Age 2.
Mass Effect 3 is just too far away for me to get really hyped up about it and way too little is known about it.
Also, I didn't like ME2 as much as ME1 overall, so I have concerns with regards to how ME3 will turn out.
I have similar concerns for Dragon Age 2 from what's known so far, but again, ME3 is just way too far out for me to really get excited about.

I can't even motivate myself to finish up at Lothering, let alone the whole game, so I'm not that interested in the Dragon Age sequel yet.

I'm far more interested in ME 3. DA was certainly an engaging and fun game but the DLC and continuation of the story, IMO, has been disappointing. I've since become disconnected from the DA franchise, who knows, maybe they'll turn it around but I've pretty much lost interest.

ME3. I've very little, perhaps none, interest in DA2 at this stage. m14567 had a point in that post-release has been quite disappointing for DA:O, more so with DA2's announcement heralding a premature end to DA:O.

ME3, simply because it continues and finishs a story, while DA2 more or less starts a complete new one.

Heh. I expect Mass Effect 3 to be "officially" announced at GDC 2011. I'd bet one of my pay-checks on it.

I'm excited for both, but more for Dragon Age 2 since it'll doubtlessly be released first. I love that they're going to be using Mass Effect's dialogue wheel for DA2. So much so that I usually call DA2 Dragon Effect Age 2: Fight for the Lost.

Honestly, I like DA but I love ME. I'm looking forward to DA 2 coming out because of the story and hopefully they changed the gameplay for the consoles. I'm more looking forward to ME 3 but also can't wait for DA 2.

More excited for ME3.
They changed too much of the gameplay in DA2.
They made DA too much like ME. They should have their own style not simply copying trying to get the ME shooter fans to cross over.
Am I the only one who was reminded of .hack when they saw the newcombat system?
