if you decide to have Alistair marry Anora, but still choose to have him
die by killing the Archdemon. This leads Anora and even the Epilogue to
portray that Alistair is indeed alive even though he is not to be found
in the landsmeet hall after the battle. Other characters such as Wynne
will continue to act as if Alistair is dead, (there will also be no hint
of the Grey Wardens being suspicious of no one dying from killing the
Archdemon), which reveals that the problem's source is indeed the
decision to have the two marry.
