Too many variables. Impossible to know. The actions of an autistic savant are hard to predict anyway, never mind under such extraordinary circumstances. As far as I can tell everything that happens in Overlord is just David panicking and trying to "make it stop". There's no genuine evil intent here, so an alliance with the Reapers seems unlikely. Besides, David is still an organic so the Reapers would eventually come after him.
