I'm assuming this is the best place to reach the devs of DAJ. If not, I apologize in advanced.
Ok, so I just spent another 3 hours going through the game because I heard there was a patch or something. I complete my first play-through on my warrior and start a mage. I go through and finish the warden quest. At this point I have 2/3 unlocks. 3/5 achievements (should be 4/5 but that got lost last time I tried to save). I have all quests finished etc.
I save it on all 3 slots, reload one of my saves just to make sure everything is cool and save it again. I exit the game and close my browser. I opened my browser and logged back into the game to find that my only save file will take me back to playing my warrior.
I know this game is free but the least a game can do is save a player's progress. It's inexcusable not to. I don't care if you're paying me - if you don't let a person's progress be saved then what's the point?
I want to know what's being done to fix this. Tell me there's going to be some way for your company to give the unlocked items to people who earned them. I'm sick of trying to play the game and not having my progress saved. I've filled out 6 or 7 surveys now.

You should send an e-mail to dajourneys@gmail.com ! They'll surely read it there. Many others are experiencing this as well, so they are probably looking into it.

Did you switch computers?
I could not find any of my saved games when i tried on a different computer.
I found them when i went back to the first computer though.

It might have something to do with the mage ability Mind Blast. I had similar problems when my mage had access to this spell, but in other instances, the game worked fine. Your autosaves will still work fine, so if you find that when you try to save it doesn't snap back to the game, refresh the browser and load up your autosave.
