OKAY, OKAY, I know that's not the kind of question you mean. But it is a question that will be frequently asked by me until one is available.



Helpful information would be:



- What the proper channels are for reporting an issue with the BioWare store

- Why can't I get this in my size/shape/country?

- I have an idea for a merch design, where exactly do I post it?

- What are BioWare's criteria for deciding on the design of a piece of merch?



That's all based on stuff I see people asking when you post store stuff on Facebook.

When is a good time of the day to check for lithographs since many of them seem to sell out fast?

General product information, annoucements/suggestions:
Q. Where can i keep up to date with products in the bioware store? (A: bioware online store support section of the bioware social network forums, Facebook)
Q. I heard that shirts/plushis we're being made, when will these be out? (A: see forums for updates, Facebook)
Q. Will there be a hard copy of any of the DA and ME Sound Tracks in future?
Q. What is the difference between the mini's and regular lithographs? and why is there the 2 ?

Ordering & Payment
Q. How do i place an order?
Q. How do i know my order has been accepted? (A: order number, status on customers 'see orders' page on bioware store)
Q.I haven't got an email saying my package has been shipped! did my order go through?! im worried... (A. along the lines of confirmed order number on the bioware store. shipping email expected when X. and approx shipping time.)
Q. Can I add or remove Items from my order once It is submitted?
Q. Can I cancel my order after It has been placed?
Q. Can I check my order status?
Q. What are pre-orders, and why do only some items have them?
Q. What payment metheods do you accept?
Q. When will my credit card be charged?
Q. Are my credit card details safe and secure on the website?
Q. Will i be charged Tax?
Q. I have a coupon code where/when do i type the code to receive a discount? (A: payment page?)
Q. I have a coupon code but its not working, why?
Q. Will the bioware store restock soldout signed lithographs?
Q. *Cry* i missed out on a lithograph, they sold out like hotcakes! will i get another chance at buying one?


Shipping Info
Q. What countrys do you ship to?(/do not)
Q. What is the estimated time for arrival for the US? (Priority Parcel, standard economy?)
Q.What is the estimated time for arrival for international shippments? (Priority Parcel, XPO Air International for EU, AUS, ENG etc)
Q. Do i have to sign for my package when it arrives?(A: no if no traking option picked-XPO Air International)
Q. I live close to the bioware store, can i do a pickup in person?
Q. How are the lithographs packaged?
Q. How are the mini-lithographs packaged?
Q. How are the Posters packaged?
Q. I ordered both a lithograph and apparel. how will these be packaged and will it be secure?
Q. Does the Dragon Age letter opener by-pass customs?


Size Charts/Stock
Q. Where can i find the mens/womens size chart?
Q. what are the measurements/size for the hats?
Q.How do i measure myself for a awesome fit? (A: explain where to measure for Width/bust and length. or measure your favorite shirt for fitting. heads for hats)
Q. How deep is the V for the V-neck shirts?
Q. Do these shirts stretch? (A: no, not much)
Q. I cant find my size! will the store stock a larger size than XXL?
Q. My size is listed as Out of Stock, when can i expect it to be available again?


Returns & Exchanges
Q1. I want a Refund/Exchange, what should i expect from the refund/exchange process? (eg A. open a support case. Response email. Customer returns goods transit. email notification of return/exchange. shippment out confirmation etc)
Q2. What is the Apparel return policy? (A: eg not worn/stains etc)
Q3. What is the Books/merchandise return policy? (A: in package/plastic/box, no folded pages/writing. etc)
Q4. What is the Lithograph/Poster return policy?
Q5. Is the Returns & Exchange policies (Apparel/merchandise/lithographs/posters) for International Customers the same?
Q. I ordered the wrong size, can i get an exchange?(A:yes, refer to Q1 and Q2-5 for our return policies above)
Q. My merchandise/lithograph has arrived damaged, do i get a refund or exchange? what do i do?
Q. I live pretty close to the bioware store- can i get a return/exchange by pickup/visting the store? (lol)
Q. Do i get the Shipping cost refunded to me?
Q. I Payed via Credit Card but i now want a refund. when should i expect to be refunded?


Customer Support/Problems
Q. I recieved bad/good customer service from one of the stores representives, where can i leave feedback on store service/improvements?
Q. i opened a support case but i haven't received an answer yet, when should i expect to receive an answer? (A: expected contact date. + if no contact is made, what to do eg. 2 weeks)
Q. I opened a support case and the answer i received differed to what Bioware-Representative posted on the forums, what do i do?
