I have the code, and I have just registered it to my account...I didn't notice that I should register the code after the game is released....when I went back to the register page, it says that my code has been used....does it mean I won't be able to have the staff?? or will it appear after I register DA2?? Please help :\\

Why did you register a code for a game that isn't out yet? I just saved mine in the in the mailbox.

Not complaining about free gear, but the timing of this is awful strange, almost as though its a bit of damage control after the leaked footage wasn't received entirely fondly.

Or it's just coincidence, since the codes were supposed to be sent out aound this time.

Unless there's a time machine in Bioware's office, there's no way they could tell this is going to happen way back(a few months ago!) when they urged us to sign up for this promo item.

Looks like it's all the people who signed up early who are missing out here so hopefully things will sort out in the future for us.

Maybe I'll actually be enticed to finish a mage playthrough now, hmm, time to go play my Amell Warden to get some practice

You're welcome, it actually works, try subscribing to something and you'll recieve a confirmation e-mail, besides it was linked in the e-mail about the new website and the destiny trailer so there's no reason it shouldn't work

Let's hope we get the codes sooner than later

!@#^^%# i am signed up to recieve BOTH the bioware newsletter and the dragon age newsletter and still no epic staff! what's wrong?? am i cursed?? first no blood dragon armor for me and now no staff???? *starts slamming head against wall in anger*

Well, If you read the moderators posts here you'd know that it'd take them days to get all the e-mails sent out... don't panic.

Yes you have to subscribe to the newsletter, and about the date, some people say that in the new e-mail people who sign up during October will still get the item, we only know that you're safer if you signed up during Games con, mainly during August.

Not sure why that would be, as I specifically signed up using the form on dragonage.bioware.com (and did all the Facebook and Twitter stuff for good measure), and then again (twice) at PAX. Oh well, glad to hear it should still work even for a "late" signup.
