more then likey they well sell the thing like they did in mass effect 2 like that sniper rifle that only came in CE i  love mass effect 2 i have just about all of its dlc and weapon add on packs

As I said at the start of the thread.... PATIENCE!!!! These only started getting emailed out yesterday late afternoon. IT will likely take a few days for everyone to get theirs (I am glad to see thay are coming in over the weekend as that will remove some of the wait), but the Newsletters usually take 3-5 days for mailout, so it could still be a number of days beforr you get yours.

For those of us who ARE waiting patiently, can you confirm eventually when the time for us has come to panic?

thanks for the link, so I was finally able to confirm that I wasn't registered to any newsletter, but I clearly remember trying to via the DA2 website back in summer - a case of fu*ed by flawed web programming, apparently.
I can only hope the info that signing up in october will get me a code for the staff is true.

I wouldn't be so sure. According to that link above I'm subscribed to both DA and Bioware newsletters and I still get only FIFA/MoH/random EA spam and nothing DA related.

Last DA mail was about trailer back in the August. <_<

Signed up for the newsletter ages ago, follow DA on both Facebook and Twitter, but did I get a code? Of course not! The last DA related mail I got was about the Witchhunt DLC...

Same thing happened to me.  I did signup for the news letter through the DA2 website it told me I was confimed and it went through.  I've never received a newsletter.  I just checked the link above and it told me I wasn't subscribed.  Are they going to do something about this for those that did try to sign up through the DA2 website? I remember doing this and all I did from the DA2 website was click the button to subscribe, then I got the message that I was subscribed. 

I also remember they said it was an item never just a staff. I remember thinking wow, I don't want to miss out on that.  I do get EA newsletters all the time.

I think I signed up about 2 days or so after the event, but I can't remember exactly.

Also, is it possible to just receive the dragon age news? I don't care about any other EA product.

I'm 100% sure that I clicked the option to signup for newsletters through the Dragon Age 2 website, but I also checked the link above now and it indicates that I was not subscribed... Weird.

So, I subscribed now... I hope it's not too late to receive the code.

I'm going to take a stab and say when this thread is five days old.  On the sixth day panic.

I did the same thing.  I checked the link the poster provided above to check you're subscription.  I signed back up for the dragon age newsletter.  Make sure to check your email for an activation for the newsletter itself.

Me too.

Didn't this item offer happen before they recon the DA2 website?  I think it did.  It was a limited time offer too, if I recall correctly.  Does anyone else remember?

I havn't got the staff yet and have never recevied an email to my profile or email account is that normal have u guys been recieving updates. Im fairly certain i signend up for the newsletter because everytime i sign in the option to register disapeers.
