I know I signed up when it was announced, but the link says I'm not subscribed. MageHawke wants her staff.

I also signed up, but only got generic EA newsletters. The link mentioned said I wasn't subscribed, so I re-registered a few days ago. I hope I will get my staff

I hope everyone who signed up can get it, despite the confusion in newsletter subscriptions.



What I don't jnderstand is why they say there are 'limited copies'. It's digital thing, there's no physical item to be limited.

While I'll be a tad bummed to not get the staff, it's not the end of the world and I'm sure they'll be more bigger and better goodies to get

We are working so that those people who *ahem* accidentally already redeemed their code even though the newsletter specifically says not to will see it associated with their profile. This should be working by the end of the day.

If you missed your opportunity to sign up during San Diego Comic Con OR Gamescom OR PAX, we have extended the newsletter sign up for the month of October. So if you have not yet done so, register for the BioWare newsletter and you will get the Staff of Parlanthan.

I singed up 'bout minute ago, so I see that this problem is solved... In signing in process you can choose between general EA and Bioware newsletter... So that is nice!

How about us who are suscribed since day 1 but haven't received any email in all that time? Thanks.

I've just checked http://accounts.biow...newsletter.html and I've seen that Dragon Age Newsletter was set to NO for me (I suscribed through the Dragon Age 2 web when it went online, so I don't know why it was set to NO).

Okay so this is still confusing me, but hopefully I've got it sorted now... I registered back when the offer first went live, received the newsletter with the Destiny trailer, but still havn't recieved an e-mail with a code. So I logged out and re-registered on the DA2 site ('account updated') and followed the link to the other Bioware site (changed DA newsletter to 'yes') - hopefully that's fixed it! Bit worried still though, the Bioware community site has my old e-mail set despite me logging in with my EA id.

I've been looking into my e-mail inbox and i've seen I received the newsletter about the cinematic trailer on August 22, and that it's the only email I got from Bioware Newsletter.

So I think that... maybe not receiving this code and the previous one is not an issue with the suscription but other thing? If I remember correctly, in order to receive the first code, we have to suscribe for the newsletter and follow DragonAge on Facebook, which I did...

Exactly the same boat, been signed up to the bioware newsletter from the first run and have recieved letters about dragon age upto the 22nd with the Cinematic trailer but haven't recieved an e-mail about the code at all.

Delete the site's cookies.... then you'll find it.

I signed up via the DA2 website as soon as it was possible. I've now signed up using the Subscription Manager link, so I'm hoping I will now receive the code for the Staff. Feels like a bad way to start off the DA2 craze, with bad web coding, but if I get the staff, as well as everyone else who had to re-sign up, I can forgive BioWare.
