Is there anyway to confirm that we were sent the code for the staff? Just yesterday I changed my email because my old one was compromised. I subscribed to the newsletter in August using a different email than the one I am registered with now (I changed the email at EA's website). Anyway, I deleted all my contacts and emails and attempted to close the email account. I see that the promotion was extended through October. If I had gotten the code (which would now be deleted without me ever seeing it), could I still receive it by registering with my new email address, even though it is linked to the same account through which I originally signed up in August?

We are working so that those people who *ahem* accidentally already redeemed their code even though the newsletter specifically says not to will see it associated with their profile. This should be working by the end of the day.

I just recently checked that link, I was not subscribed but I set it to add me and I'll see if I can get the e-mail sent again.

I was originally subsribed to just the Bioware Newsletter, but when I checked the subscription I went ahead and subscribed to the Dragon age Newsletter as well. 

Hopefully I get the code now.  If not there will be hell to pay........okay maybe not that, but I will be rather disappointed and I might say a naughty word.
