I lost Thane because I got completely turned around on the catwalks during his loyalty mission and didn't get his loyalty. Then I sent Grunt with the crew because I thought someone tough would do a better job at it and I took Garrus with me to fight the Baby Reaper. So in the end Thane died.

only one i had bite the bullet at the end was grunt on my first run. had him lead the fire team the second time around during the sm, and there he sat, with a round to the gut, giving his farewell speech.

No-one died on my first playthrough, because I was paranoid as hell before going through the O4R. Had all upgrades, listened to the briefing about who was needed where, and I guess the rest went good because I knew the characters enough to get by.

I cheated and looked up a guide for my first playthrough and by the time I did my definitive playthrough with almost all paragon decisions, I remembered and no one died. Hurray!

Miranda and Only Miranda died. I was giggling. I wish I could have made my Shepard spit on her coffin. She died during the final battle. She was the also the only one not loyal.

Legion and Mordin for me. Legion died because I decided I wanted to pull a fast one and not complete his loyalty mission, and Mordin because well... He's an idiot.

Thane and Miranda.

Thane because I picked Jacob as a biotic specialist. I figured if things went wrong Jacob would be the one to die, and not knowing what was coming ahead I wanted to preserve my stronger biotics. I knew fully well it was a crap decision but I didn't expect it to backfire that way. And Thane was my Shepard's LI of course. Most dramatic moment in the game for me.

My main squad I wanted to finish the game with was Grunt & Thane (with me as an engineer), so I had to do a last minute replacement. Figured Miranda was my best option, since she's quite versatile. But she wasn't loyal after I sided with Jack, so she died in the end. And I didn't really care.

Talia,zaeed,thane,grunt and, jack. I didnt upgrade very well cause i could bare to bother with mining plus i lost talia loyalty when discredit her father and she got a rcoket to the face I cant remember how lost zaeed think i picked him lead the sqad instead of miri or garrus.

Nobody! Heaven knows how, though, but I managed to get everyone out alive. Tali in the vents, Garrus as 2nd team leader both times. I can't rmember who was the biotic or the final battle, but Zaeed escorted the crew back.

Lost Jacob by sending him through the vents. Both Jack and Thane were unloyal, and I had Mordin lead the second fire team.

No one died in my first PT....

I lost Tali, Jack and Zaeed. When Tali died I literally said aloud "Oh, good, no one important." When Jack died I almost threw my controller through the TV screen. Zaeed should not have died. The description for team leader states "Someone with command expirience," NO ONE in that group has as much command expirience as Zaeed. He founded a damn mercenary outfit.

I saved all my squadies but I dilly dallied after the Reaper IFF so over 3/4 of my Cerberus crew died.

I lost Legion which I was bummed about. I did all the loyalty missions, but when miranda and jack fought I didn't have the paragon points to fix it. So when I made miranda a fire team leader, legion got a rocket to the face.
