Garrus (shot when the door was closing), Thane (swarms), and Zaeed (shot). Plus Kelly and most of the crew.



I did everything right (loyalty, etc), I was just in the group that didn't know about the time issue going through the Omega 4 relay. I screwed around too long after the IFF was installed and lost a lot of people =(



I had no idea what was happening at the time though, so I may have been freaking out a little bit =)

On my first, only my crew died. The time issue was a major surprise to me.

I picked up ME2 before I ever played ME1, and I was determined to get to the end as fast as possible to see what happened. So I barely talked to anyone, accidentally fell into a romance (Jacob) and generally had no idea what was going on.
Surprisingly, I only lost Jack, Tali, Thane, Mordin and Garrus. Then I bought ME1, played it properly, and promptly deleted that abomination of a first run-through.

Tali, because I considered Zaeed someone that can "command through experience". I raged, then restarted the mission.

Mordin, for some reason I thought he was tech-savvy. Lol he used his omni-tool more than anybody else during the game!  Then my reaction = I knew Tali was the obvious choice but I just couldn't send her through.

Not a single person, I was freaking out the entire time though. Especially when Samara sound like she was damn near dying towards the end of the long walk.

In my first playthrough no one died (I played in Veteran).

Then I started to play more and this became boring, it really ****** me off: you have to workout hard to make your squad and yourself die.

I hope in ME3 that the core missions have more difficult attached to them.

Grunt,thane and Mordin.



Thane was really broken up about his sons first kill. Mordin just died randomly at the end of the mission and Grunt got shot one to many times.

(Messani doesn't count because I left him to die on Zorya.)



Wasn't to broken up about Thane and Mordin (Or the half of the non important crew that died.) But I liked Grunt.

Subsequent playthroughs, none.

None of my squadmates died. I took too long to go rescue the crew though, so half of them died.

First playthrough= Thane (tech expert) and all SR-2 crewmembers (didn't send escort).

Felt stupid when I realised the mission was alot shorter than I anticipated, should have sent somebody to escort the crew !

But after I learned all the tricks about the suicide mission I replayed the game to create the perfect playthrough!

My very first playthrough, no lying? Tali did, during Hold the Line. Everyone else survived. I remember freaking out because I planned everything out so carefully. So. Damn. Carefully. I even cheated to figure out who was supposed to get sent back as escort. I reloaded promptly, putting Miranda and Tali in my team instead of Garrus and Grunt. I know the "survivors made it line" is a glitch, but it took everything in my power not to flip out and reload again when I heard it a second time.

Kasumi. I made a stupid mistake during the suicide mission, and she died.

Buuuuuut...I reloaded my data and saved her.

Only half of the crew died (had to do Legion's loyalty mission before going to Omega 4). All team members survived.

You picked someone other than a loyal Jacob, Miranda, or Garrus as your first fire team leader, I believe.

None of my team mates died during my first play though. I was really suprised because I rushed through the game the first time because I was so excited to see what was going to happen.



Kelly (and a few other crew members?) died, though.

Legion died as my Tech expert
Zaieed died as both of my leaders
Grunt got eaten by bugs
Samara died as my Biotic person

I had everyone's loyalty and was able to dissolve both arguements that arise during the game peacefully. I think Miranda just doesn't like me

Wow, Everyone lost half the SR-2 crew. Screwed around a bit after they got abducted and had no issue, got legions loyalty, scanned a few planets to get the materials to fully upgrade my ship, spent forever at the asari city place gettin upgrade stuff (all while assuming that time didnt matter like most games). then i went through the Omega-4 relay. was surprised to see my crew but i got all of em back and lost lilith. guess i was just very lucky.

On my very first playthrough I picked Miranda as the biotic. What the fudge was I thinking, right? Well, she's always boasting about her god-like biotics, so I thought, "What the hell, have at it." So, WHAT happens that makes me wish there had been a renegade interrupt that involved strangulation of said biotic? Thane, who I happened to be romancing, gets himself carried away by a seeker swarm.  DAMN YOU, MIRANDA. I wad a bad girl, though, and reloaded; no way was I just gonna sit there and accept Thane's death. No, sir. Now Miranda's damn lucky if I take her on any missions in subsequent playthroughs.  One thing's for sure, she's no longer allowed to play Biotic Savior; that's Jack's job.

Oh, right, I forgot to say that I also lost everyone on the Normandy except for Joker and Chakwas. Now I make sure not to complete any side missions after acquiring the IFF. Chakwas wasn't too pleased with me when I rescued her, heh. Incurring her wrath is so not worth it.
