Because they ride in single file.

We'll see 1 reaper and send 1 fleet to take it out then they break rank OH MY GOD REAPERS

First, they build things to last.
Second, humans pollute and blow up everything they find.
Third, every race will eventually advance to the level of the Reapers (The Reapers solved this problem by harvesting regularly)
Fourth, by incorperating our biological genetic material they may actually be our salvation by allowing us to live forever.
Fifth, The squid like reapers don't hate the jellyfish ones because they are different.

I was trying to come up with a top ten list but only have 5 so far.  Any help would be great, I'm making a kind of outtake video to go with the movie.  I'll post more here if I can think of them...

You forgot the most important reason:

Commander Shepherd would never let the reapers win. Commander Shepherd can take out thousands of Geth on his own, and coupled with a squad of another 2, alot more.

One reason why they should win:
It just makes sense.
Eventually the galaxy will run out of resources to even sustain life, so becoming a living ship of humanity would be the best bet for the species to survive, or hell maybe even drift to a new galaxy and start repopulating on an inhabitable world there.

Tough luck turians, asari, salarians, krogans, and all you other less important species'.

i dont understand how you think humans will live on as reapers? is human goo the same as an actual human? i certainly dont think so.

humans arent even worth while species in the first place. asari are probably the "best" species as well as salarians mental capacity and krogans pure strenth.

i dont know what the benefit of being a human is nor do i get why you think human goo is a great future for humans?

The reapers will win because they don't have some idiot turian councilor who dismisses everything logical or not whenever he has the chance.

Also, to the argument that says that living species will ultimately exhaust all the resources in the universe, you should also not forget one of the most important laws of science: Matter cannot be created nor destroyed. Basically, as the reapers consume living life, they are also consuming matter that can be put to other uses. There will ultimately come a point, where the Reapers too will exhaust all resources in the universe. They exhaust it by consuming species that consume your aforementioned resources.

/end nerd speech.

EVERYONE IN GALAXY WOULD BE DEAD, AGAIN!

That's not a very good reason.  Have you met anyone in the galaxy?

The surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that none of it has tried to contact us.

amirite?

ps,
I don't think I'd enjoy becoming goo in a reaper, so I'd have to say nay nay to that.

what about those people who get abducted and probed in their butts by aliens here on earth?

but seriously, if the galaxy is never ending, the possabilities would be never ending as well. personally i think aliens are out there, and know exactly what earth is. we just cant "see" them with our stupid human brains. or they just dont want us to see them. you cant tell me this little speck of mud floating in space is the only place inteligent life has evolved.

too bad itll be too late when we finally figure it all out anyways.

Not everyone, worthy species like humans are seamlessly incorporated to  Reapers.

How is being broken down into basic biological components and trapped forever in the body of a bio-mechanical squid monster seamless?

Because I'm a whiny, jaded, self-important disillusioned youth with misinformed environmentalist leanings who thinks that it would be doing some personification of the galaxy/the planet a favor if billions of men, women, and children were murdered and removed from future consideration.

Though I'd honestly love a Reapers win ending I would also like a humanity kicks the Reapers asses ending and all the races working together kick the Reapers asses ending. Just to have all the bases covered.

Honestly though if the Reapers actually had a valid reason for wiping out all organic life I might accept it more. But the only reason seems to be a mixture of "for the lulz" and reproduction.

Environmentalist?  No, I'm for slaughtering the weeds along with the cattle.  And I'll probably rescue at least a few of the more well endowed females.

OP - Sorry, but I disagree. Being smoothified isn't something I'd wish on anyone..even Batarians...well, maybe Batarians. It'd depend if they did something really bad to irk my nerves that day ;)
