hello, i have this problem:
I have create a new pg(i have end today the story with it) but here in the online profile it doesn't apper i have try also to swich equip like in the faq but it won't work how can i do?(i want to change my profile avatar with the face of this new pg)

Sometimes it can take a while for the character to show. However, if you have enabled the console, you'll have to disable it, as the upload doesn't work with the console mode turned on.



If you haven't enabled the console, check your profile diagnostics:

- If the character is already there, it'll show in your profile soon provided it doesn't list any errors,

- check how many files you have uploaded - if you have exceeded the "100 files" limit (one screenshot takes 1 file, one character without error 1005 takes 4 files and with that error even more), your profile won't update until you make some room.

ah than i think i have to do some cleaning of screenshot XD i have the page full XD ok i try than^^

ah one question i have delete the 90% of the schreenshot that i've had now how many time pass until the site read the change?(the home page tells me yet that i have 100 file utilized)

the server yet tells me that the limit is reached but i only left 4 screenshot why?

Look in the diagnostics again - how many files do your characters take? They should take 4 files each, but with error 1005 they may take even 33 files each (I had such a case).

Also check if you have any ghost screenshots (they take files even though there is no screenshot uploaded) or old characters which have been deleted, but the site somehow still sees them.

the diagnostic sees 4 character( but the last 2 it didn't see it) with no error; i have 10 screenshot in the menu; for the ghost screenshot how i see if i have them?

Look at the total number of uploaded files and check if it matches the amount of files uploaded through screenshots and characters.

BTW, does the total amount say 100 files?

yes it says 100 but is impossible; and it says that i ahve 84 screenshot but isn't true

It has to be some sort of a profile error. I fear there is nothing you can do about it in such a case - we can only upload and delete from the profiles.

i have open at the dragon age customer support a qestion; they can fit this server error or i have to contact other?

I'm afraid I don't know the answer to that question - the site administrator might be able to fix this, but I'm not certain.
