My friend wants to get it so we can play the main campaign, but I hear its not in stores anymore because of some lawsuit. So where are you suppose to get it now?

I know what I would do if some stupid money makers don't do their job and can't even provide me with such a fine game...

 These are the first few that popped up on eBay and they are Buy It Now ads if you don't want to get into the whole bidding deal:

Of course, if you are international you should state that in your OP so community members from those countries can offer reliable suggestions.

Just as a reference, I bought a copy a few years back for about 12 USD (including ship) but I bid on it.

Amazon and Best Buy are other typical sources if stocked, but with eBay they don't place ads unless they have them to sell.

Edit: I just checked the first link and believe it or not, it's worldwide ship.  Go figure!

If you're in the States, walk into a Best Buy store. I found 2 copies of Diamond on the shelf for $19.99 and bought them both last month. If you go to the brick n mortar store, and ask somebody to check stock of other stores, they should be able to come up with a copy or two they can get transferred in for you.
