How do you view just the subscribed projects? or updates from just them? Any ideas?

My content->Projects (menu on the left side of the forums) should only show you the ones that you've subscribed to.
Then updates is a bit tougher, just look at the post date/time and it should give you an idea if there are posts since the last time you looked.

And what if that menu takes me to an empty page that says I have no projects?
(I know I have subscribed to a few already)

Doesnt work for me. Ive subscribed to about 5 projects, and your instructions leads me to a page saying "You do not have any projects. Click here to create one. "
