Playing as a Dalish, just after I join the grey wardens and meet the king, I'm exploring around and walk up to the edge of the ruins to look into the valley, and boom I 'm all of a sufdeen on the valley floor... walking around through terrain and objects.
BUG - Walked out of the world.

Definitely replicable... Just walked off the edge again to confirm. It's where the edge has partially crumbled away from a big round floor space, with a guard standing right in front of it... right by a couple of sacks.
