Sorry for posting this here, but there isn't  Planescape forum, and I'm hoping someone here can enlighten me.

I've installed Planescape Torment using this guide:

Everything works fine except for character animations. They're jerky and instead of running to a spot they simply jump there as though in 1 frame. Does anyone have knowledge as to why it should be doing this?
