[WIP] Usable Ammo

I'm starting a project to convert the special ammo types into usable items you can drag to the quickbar and use at will, rather than having to equip/unequip. I've posted an early version of this, all 10 special ammo types are converted to click-to-use items. The effects are more or less the same but the cooldowns are just arbitrary figures off the top of my head.

Known issues:
  • Can use bolts with bows and arrows with crossbows.
  • Proc rate for stun/knockback is too low.
  • When loading a save from before the mod was enabled, existing ammunition will be changed to a quick item but have no ability associated with it.
  • Archery talents don't affect the abilities (for example, you can still be interrupted by damage when you have "Melee Archer").
