When I play the game in full screen there is no mouse curser on the screen.  I can move my mouse around and an invisible mouse will allow me to touch some of the options but I cannot see any cursor.  I tried playing the game while it was not in full screen and the mouse is working fine.  Any suggestions??

I'm not sure if this matters but I'm running it on windows 7 and I just want to be able to play so any helpful response would be awesome.
