i baught dlc for the pc version or dragon age origins. is there any chance it can transfer over to my ps3? if so how can i?

For the purchasable DLC it is regrettably not possible. You have to buy it separately for both systems. DLC like the lucky stone though, that you receive from using the standalone PC character creator is available to all systems as long as you use the same Bioware account.
