So I just imported a level 60 character from ME1 into a new ME2 playthrough.  I got none extras I'm supposed to get as a level 60 with the Rich achievement and maxed Paragon/Renegade bars, zero, zip, zilch, nada.  Now of course, credits, resources, and Paragon/Renegade points are easily fixed via Gibbed, but if I just raise my level to 5, I get no squad points with it.  If I look in the Coalesced, it only tells me I'm supposed to get 4000 XP.

I've looked around and can't find a strategy guide or listing of the leveling progression in ME2.  What is the XP needed to reach each level, and how many squad points do you gain for each level?

Try re-importing your ME1 Save.

I could try that of course. But that's not the question I asked. I don't know why it didn't work, but I'm suspecting whatever caused it still exists (I know there a lots of problems in the savegame files) and I want to be able to fix it outside of re-import.

You'll need 1000 XP point to gain a level. You start a level 1 (0 XP), to reach level 5 you'll need 4000 XP. All this can be easily done through Gibbed's; just change XP points, current level and you can add talent points too. (Level 5 means 10 talent points plus 1 in bonus power once unlocked)

I believe that when changing Shep's level; squadmate levels will change accordingly though you might want to double check their talent points

Just a little sidenote that of the 10 points you start with at lvl 5 two will already be spent so you get 8 to play around with at the start of the game

To get the achivement, I think you have to have finished the the Mass Effect 2 game. You don't mention that.

This is a good table. The only thing you have to remember is to add ONE point to all their totals for Shepard (bonus power) and do the same for any squad mates that have completed their loyalty mission. Jacob and Miranda get an additional point on top of that as well, so they wind up two points over what the table has.

That table is exactly what I was looking for!  Thanks.
