Just a query:

I haven't played Witch Hunt yet, as I replayed DA:O in chronological order but I have a question: I've downloaded a custom Morrigan headmorph (by Endeavour1384, found in the Projects section), will it appear as it is in Witch Hunt?

Yes. WH uses the Origins body model and head morph, so any changes to those will carry across.
