Krogan. They deserve what they got from the Salarians and Turians, but I still like them. And I destroy the Genophage cure in Mordin's LM every time.

Other favorites are: Salarian, Volus, Elcor, Asari, Human

The quarians and krogan are mine. They are the races that are the most persevering and fleshed out of all the species IMO. The geth are another favorite for their unique society.

Krogan, all the way! I can't help but love a species that sizes up everyone (even allies) in a fight.

Salarians are so diverse in their eye and skin color patterns. Love their smooth, mottled looking eyes. Although I like Mordin, I didn't think he was one of the more interesting looking salarians they've created. Kirrahe was cool.

I think Salarians are really awesome... they're funny, witty, intelligent and entertaining... I like their species not like as in attracted to their characters.

what species you like more; Asari, Elcor, Turians, Salarians, Quarians, Humans, Volus, Krogan, Yahg, rachini, keepers, protheans or hanar?

The Reapers

Keepers are our tool, they are not a species!

Sincerely,
Harbinger, Coming soon to a planet near you!

I like the Geth, and am planning to be great friends with them (because of their proposed superstructure), and I also like the Quarians (because of Daro'Xen), the Turians (Military), Asari (Biotics), Volus (Economising-ness [is that even a word 0_o]), and the Yahg (ability to learn as fast as Salarians, puts the Krogan savagery to shame).

Salarians, Captain Kirrahe and Mordin are top notch characters that seem to fit the species. I desperately want Mordin back for ME3 but with his high probability of death there's no way he's coming back.

i like turians because they remind me of the samurai. secondly the krogan they remind me of vikings, and last but not least the quarians they remind me of the mexican people. in battle they remind me of the aztec jaguars.

I like them all really, but the Turians are probably my favorite out of the Big 3. (Asari, Salarians, Turians)

Out of the minor races the Volus are probably my favorite, with the Elcor a close second.

I think I'm gonna be the first to say it (it doesnt look like anyone else has)

Vorcha - They make me think of Arnold in Predator saying "You're one ugly mother fv<k3r!" Not to mention the hilarious yet awkward conversation you have with them about Gavorn. Bioware did a great job of making something look so ugly that you have no remorse for putting a bullet in their brain.

Personally its so hard to pick a favorite... as a male obviously I'm quite attracted to Asari, not merely sexually, more so for their wisdom and near immortal lifespan.

Overall the lore of Mass Effect is one of my favorites. All the Alien species are interesting in their own ways, and have such funny/sad stereotypes at times that it creates for great story.

I was intrigued by what little I saw of the rachni. They seem to be the most strikingly "alien" aliens encountered, both in terms of appearance (the rachni queen looked amazing and bizzare) and how they communicate: through telepathy and resonance. It was very refreshing to see a sentient species that didn't walk and talk exactly like a human. Seeing as you had the option to kill of the last of them in ME1, though, I don't think we'll be hearing more about them.

I'm also very curious to learn more about drell culture and their interaction with the hanar. Fans of asari, salarians and turians get to see hundreds of examples of their favorite species, but you get to meet a grand total of three drell.  I'd like to see more of them and I hope that in future DLC or ME3 we'll get to travel to Kahje or hanar space where they're more concentrated.

Turians first because they're based on ancient Roman society and military honor, then Quarians and Krogans. Geth come in a close 4th.
