I have been getting lots of conversation cut outs... in ME2 and in LotSB.
I deleted disc 1 save of ME2 on my hard drive and re-installed hoping that there were corrupted sound files that might get fixed this way.  Nope, did'nt work 
When doing the recruit Mordin Solus portion, all of Mordins speeches work fine, until I select the "i should go" option.
Mordins final speech cuts out totally.  However, when I reselect Mordin immediately and get the wheel again. He asks something and when I select the "i should go" again, his final speech works fine ???
Many other small sound cut outs still occur throughout the game.

has anyone found the solution yet... this is really starting to get annoying.  And more sound is cutting out every time I play through...

I haven't played ME2 in a while until a couple of days ago. I noticed the exact same sound cut out as you for mordin solus. I hope I don't get that sound cut out in the samara loyalty mission.



TBH I thought they would have patched the sound cut outs by now
