Right corner of the map. It's in a seperate section. Now where it exactly would be located on the map story-wise noone knows.

It moves around the map with you, obviously. If you're near Denerim, then you're camping near Denerim, etc. These places just happen to have the same landscape.

Yep, either that or you've got a floating island that follows you around. Honestly I wish the campsite were set up differently depending on where you are in Ferelden, different trees, snow, etc.

Yes, i think it´s highly annoying that you have to enter the whole thing again, if you camp in a dungeon. (For example the dwarfen mines).
