That's a cap from when the Destiny trailer premiered. Not sure if the press conference is on Youtube or not. (I didn't make the screencap) That picture of Varric and Cassandra was a still image they had going on a slideshow behind Mike when he was introducing the trailer.

Just wait for people to start worshipping and/or wanting to become apart of the googly eyes. That's when it starts. Pretty soon one by one the followers of the googly eyes will become brainwashed sending the normal un-googly eye influenced people scattered and scared. Once that happens we will all be doomed, and no doubt a couple of us will take matters into our own hands attempting to send a transmission to Earth saying that the "Dragon Age 2" mission is lost, but we will no doubt be stopped by those who fused themselves with the Googly Eyes. At least we will record audio logs to give out relevant information that the googly ones will just disregard as they think that they are irrelevant personal effects.
