I really can't comment on the bug eye thing at the moment really. I haven't looked at the demo yet and screenshots can't completely get the entire moment. I'm guessing Varic did something to ****** off Cassandra (and will routinely do so) in his recollection. Some people do open their eyes wider when they are pissed off. With others, it could just be a bad angle or a glitch in the programming at that particular scene.
Either way, I'm not too concerned about it.
What's up with the bug eyes, Bioware?
