What are your Shepards intentions?

So on this playthrough for example:
Level: Insanity
class: Engineer
Background: Earthborn/Ruthless
My Shpeards personality is fairly straightforward, he's a maniac that hates authority. He is however smart enough to know he needs to keep people onside and he treats his crew as follows:
Joker - see him as weak, treats him badly
Kaidan - Hates him, treats him like garbage. Only talks to him to put him down
Ashley - he's nice to her as he wants to get into her pants. Respects her for her combat ability
Garrus - sees potential in him, is looking to mould him in his image
Tali - He sees her as a silly little girl. He goes out of his way to be rude and cruel to her. She'll get no Geth data
Wrex - Dosent trust him
Liara - he'll go for the threesome, but when he's made to choose he'll go for Ash. After that he'll take little to no notice of Liara
Rachni - he'll kill them
Council - kill them as well
Virmire - kaidan is gonna burn
Going onto ME2
I'm torn between having a casual fling with Jack and rommancing Miranda, or just straight up rommancing Jack. I have a feeling mty Shepard would be the type to use Jack and discard her when he's done. H'll obviously sleep with Kelly as well. Depending on how the characters react to him, he may kill off a few.
Anyone ever do anything similar> What type of person is your Shepard ?

Level: Hardcore
class: Soldier
Background: Spacer/War Hero
My Shepard lives up to that ideal that there's good in everyone and that Humanity needs to show that they're not the "bully" that the rest of the galaxy makes them out to be. So, he serves to be the example. He also respects authority and does his best to help his friends.
Ashley - She's an excellent marksman, good soldier, not afraid to speak her mind. If my Shepard can, he'll do what he can to help her Grandfather get that fair trial.
Joker - He may have a disability, but the man doesn't let that stop him from being the best pilot there is.
Kaidan - Never really had a connection with the LT. Saw him as unsure of himself and uncomfortable at times aboard the Normandy.
Garrus - A fellow brother in the uniform, he saw Garrus as someone that had potential to be an excellent agent, even a Spectre, but needed to be taught that the mission isn't always about killing the bad guy.
Wrex - Wasn't sure what to make of him at first; he seemed to be tight-liped and ready to revolt at a moment's notice. After what happened on Virmire and getting his Ancestral Armor, he found a friend and a brother in Wrex.
Tali - Saw her as an innocent, wide-eyed girl that was away from home for the first time. She was sweet and cute and someone he would have liked to have gotten better to know personally.
Liara - Another sweet, innocent girl, but a bit naive. Still, he saw Liara like a little sister; someone he's always willing to help if she needed it.
Rachni - He spares the queen; always.
Council - He will spare them too. It's not about just humans; it's about the entire galaxy.
Virmire - Kaiden is the tech expert, so I trust him enough to make sure the bomb goes off. Ash is with the STG, and that's where the majority of our forces are, so he's going to go help them. Kaiden will die a hero.
Going onto ME2
In ME 2, I wanted to immediately go out and find my crew. I wasn't to happy working with Cerberus; my Shepard doesn't like working with a group like that. Still, he's grateful for Cerberus bringing him back, but still expects to be betrayed by Cerberus at any time, since our goals aren't one in the same.

Name: Mario Shepard
Level: Insanity
class: Soldier
Background: Colonist/War Hero
He is good person but with attitude problem. He really get's pissed off easy. During his campaign to stop Collectors he started to lose loyalty to Alliance. He always had fascination with Geth.
Joker: He likes Joker but sometimes he yells at him so he can be more serious.
Kaidan: Very old and good friends. Shepard never forgive himself for his death on Virmire.
Ashley: From the moment Shepard met her, he felt connection with her.
Garrus: Shepard never liked Garrus's attitude but they still become friends.
Wrex: Both skilled and experienced soldiers and they quickly become friends. Shepard never forgive him for killing Fist without order.
Tali: He was at start suspicious at her but they become close friends. Shepard always had weird feeling with her when close and two years later he found out he still has same feeling and it was same with Ash.
Liara: He liked Liara but he never felt any connection with her like she did with him.
Anderson: Old and very respected friend. Without any second thoughs he choose him for Councilor.
Udina: Shepard never get how he survived Geth attack on Citadel.
Rachni: Genocide is never option for Shepard.
Council: He always hated them, hated them even more once become the Specter but they were not reason for letting Geth destroying Destiny Ascension. It was too risky at time to let Alliance ships get destroyed because of Sovereign.
ME2: Never liked working with Cerberus and Illusive Man but he knew Citadel nor Alliance would do anything for abducted colonist's. He was so happy to quit Cerberus with big giant explosion.
Crew: In short he likes and respects everyone, but he is worried that Jack might do something since he dump her for Tali.

At any rate...
Vielle Shepard
Level: Hardcore
class: Infiltrator
Background: Colonist/Sole Survivor
Joker - Out of everyone on her crew, Joker is the person Shep is probably most likely to be 'herself' with. She is the least guarded in his company; more willing to loosen up and crack jokes, for example. Their relationship is less that of a superior officer and her subordinate than it is two old friends who just happen to be in the same boat. (Maybe a brother-sister dynamic; I dunno. )
Kaidan- They used to be close. Kaidan's one-sided affections, however, were kind of discomfiting to her and made their interactions more than a little awkward- it's a hell of a thing trying to give your second-in-command orders when you know he's interested in getting into your pants.
Like I said.
Awkward.
They could still have been considered friends and comrades-in-arms up until Horizon. Vi is still fuming over that... and yes, she knows she's probably overreacting, but she sees his reaction as giving her the metaphorical finger. She has few enough friends that she takes losing any of them very, very hard.
Ashley- Two peas in a pod. They shared somewhat different ideologies in regards to aliens and humanity's place in the universe, but it balanced itself out. In fact, other than Joker, they probably got along better than anyone else on the ship. They laughed! They traded life stories! They got hammered on Armistice Day!
Sadly, it was perhaps inevitable that even the Power of Friendship could not save Ash from a nuke detonating beside her.
On a rational level, Vi knows that it wasn't her fault and that she was being responsible by by saving the higher-ranking officer (Kaidan). As with Akuze, however, I don't think she'll ever really forgive herself.
Garrus- Shepard doesn't fully trust Turians as a whole (particularly considering the whole mess with Saren, and after that, Warden Kuril), but Garrus has proven himself valuable both as an ally and a friend. She'd count on him to bail her ass out of trouble, and would pile in to do the same for him, just as she would for any other member of her crew.
Besides, he's the only one who can make fun of her dancing and not walk away with a black eye.
Tali- Vi's first impression of Tali was of a naive girl getting her first glimpse of how large (and dangerous) the galaxy could be, and that hasn't changed much. While she certainly respects the quarian's technological expertise, Shep still feels like she has to be half-ready to drag Tali out of harm's way at the drop of a hat. And they certainly do not see eye to eye in regards to the Geth.
I suppose the closest comparison I could make is that Shep's trying to present herself to Tali as a mentor-figure. "Do as I say and/or do, and you'll go far". That kind of thing.
Wrex- They share a mutual level of respect for one another. Theirs is probably the most professional relationship in the entire squad, all things considered, though these two have been known to compete for kills on the battlefield. If nothing else, their sardonic, blunt personalities certainly seem to mesh; were Shep not a part of the Alliance (later Cerberus), they'd probably be partners.
Liara- Sweet as pie, but way too clingy, and the attempts to romance-trap Vi are certainly not appreciated. Shepard thinks Liara is nice, and is all for getting to know her better: she'd love to know more about some of Liara's archeological expeditions, for one thing. But it seems that the asari have a hard time distinguishing between 'I want to be friends' and 'You. Me. Bed. Now'. As a result, the two did not talk much on the Normandy, since Shepard didn't want friendly interaction to be mistaken for romantic overtures.
She actually likes the harder stance Liara has taken on Ilium, but believes the 'tough' side of Liara is really just an act.
...Similar to the way owls will puff themselves up when threatened, in fact. :3
Rachni- She let the Queen go, and is still waffling back and forth over whether or not that was a good idea. Still, as long as they don't actively make her regret the decision, she's willing to give their species the benefit of the doubt.
Council- ****s. Every damn one of them. As far as she's concerned, they can stick their Spectre status where the sun doesn't shine. Why did she save them again?
Virmire- A bad situation from the get-go. Honestly, Shepard knew it'd end badly, but that doesn't stop her from blaming herself.
ME2- Hated Cerberus with a burning passion at first, but is gradually coming around to their way of thinking. Doesn't fully trust the Illusive Man, but she does respect him (even if she doesn't like admitting it). That'll have to do, for now.
Is currently pissed off at the Alliance, the Council, and Kaidan Alenko. Yes, at the same time. Yes, with more or less the same level of RAEG.
Don't worry, she'll get over it.
...
Eventually. >.>
Crew- Mama Bear, thy name is Shepard.
Harm any member of her crew -any member at all- and be prepared for a WORLD OF PAIN.

Level: Normal
class: Soldier
Background: Spacer/War hero
He always does the right thing; although sometimes that can get him into trouble or it reduces his own life experiences as a result. Being in the alliance is great for him because he can interact with other species and visit far away places which is fun for him because of his sense of adventure.
Since hes mostly spent his life alone as he never had any brothers or sisters, close friends, or girlfriends, he tended to shy away from others to focus more on improving himself.
Joker: As soon as he met him. Shepard realized that he would enjoy his company. His witty insults always made him laugh and he was the eaisest for him to get along with as his antisocial behavior made getting to know people a little more difficult. Shepard is impressed with Joker's piloting abilities so he never has to question Joker about that and he feels comfortable knowing the Normandy is in good hands.
Ashley: he didn't really have a problem with her. Shepard noticed that she was strong, independent, and was not afraid to kick ass on missions. This made him feel secure in that she will be someone to rely on in the battlefield. He got into a romance with her, mostly because she brought it on him. He didn't know his general nice disposition and general interest in what she was saying had an effect on her. He was happy that someone was interested in him and decided he would keep a romance with her. Of course, he cares about Ashley but he doesn't love her and that made breaking the relationship off with her easier in ME2.
Kaidan: At first, he didn't really think about him too much. He didn't cause any problems, listened to his commands, and was a good fighter. He would talk to him to get to know him only on the surface but never asked any more about him.
Garrus: When Shepard first met him, he thought he was just some typical C-sec security guy that he would never meet again. However, he noticed how skillful and talented Garrus is with guns when they both saved the doctor that Garrus is cooler than he thought. After recruiting him and talking to him some more, he quickly took a liking to this turian and enjoyed his company; so much that he would bring him along on every mission. Hearing Garrus' commentary made him grin and having a sniper blast everyone in the face made the missions go easier too. He didn't always agree with Garrus' philosophies but good friends tend to have butting ideas anyway. Shepard knew that Garrus always wanted to do things his way even if it meant breaking a few rules and morals in the process. Since he's so close to Garrus, he wants to put him on a path that doesn't have to let Garrus almost become a criminal himself to do good.
Wrex: A strong, powerful looking krogan that looks like he can rip people's faces off was surprisngly calm and relaxed when Shepard talked to him. At first, he expected him to start defying his orders and start fights with him, something that was annoying him because he wanted fighters to help complete the mission not tag alongs creating trouble. However, he soon realized that Wrex was probably the most mature person on the ship despite his violent past. Wrex's philosophies and stories intrigued him and would always have Shepard listen intently to him. It wasn't a surprise that the krogan was a complete and utter monster on the battlefield and that was someone he could use on his team.
Tali: A young and kinda naive girl, Shepard was surprised to have her on board until he saw that she knows her technology. She was a pretty good friend, he felt that she would be no threa to him or his crew and found her to be enjoyable company. Other than that, he never had any problems with her. He tried to set her on the right path so that she can be more independent in the future.
Liara: He didn't think she'd be all that useful as a fighter but her biotics were extremely impressive and that gave her some added coolness for him. She came off as slightly annoying at first to him because of her own natural curiosity for everything. Eventually it didn't bother him as much and she became a valuable teammate because of her biotics.
Virmire: That didn't go as planned, he left Kaidan to protect the nuke as it wasn't as under fire as where Ashley was stationed at and he could fix it if there were any problems to make sure it can blow up on time. He went to go help Ashley and was hoping to go back and save Kaidan. Unfortunetly, there wasn't any time and after losing Kaidan from his team Shepard realized he should have gotten to know him more before. To this day, Shepard regrets not getting to know Kaidan more.
Council: Sees them as a necessary annoyance in order to make sure everything politically moved okay. That still didn't change the fact that the council annoys him though.
ME2: Is thankful he's alive to fight once again but he still doesn't trust Cerberus even though he has to work for them.
I'll write about the new crew later lol that's enough typing. I'd post a pic of my Shepard but I don't know if a picture taken in the 1920x1080 resolution in the game will stretch out the forums or something.

Level: Hardcore/Insanity
class: Infiltrator
History: Earthborn/War Hero
A bit impulsive, Joshua Shepard is not a fan of following every regulation "by the book." Having spent majority of his childhood living by his own moral compass, he has a difficult time conforming to the rules and regulations of the alliance. Despite this, he has a good heart and even better instincts, which is what leads him to glory on Elysium. Being born on earth however, he doesn't have that much personal experience with aliens.
Joker: Has a more vitriolic relationship with Joker because he's one of the few people that can match Shepard wit for wit. deep down he has a large admiration for Joker for over coming his disability.
Kaidan: Shocked by his pacifistic nature despite the crappy life he's had.
Ashley: Romantic Interest. His initial interest in her is due to how radically different her background was from his. Eventually as they work together he begins to develop feelings for Williams, especially after learning more about her family and religious beliefs. A lot of conflict here between separating his own personal feelings for her being her superior officer. Her vocal opinion over aliens causes him to reevaluate his own stance.
Garrus: Initially doesn't trust Garrus, partly because of he's a Turian and partly because of how much he reminds Shepard of himself. Shepard feels like a hypocrite lecturing Garrus on responsibility despite his past recklessness. Learning more about his past eventually leads to Shepard viewing Garrus as his best friend.
Wrex: Didn't trust Wrex at all due to Shepard's past dealings with bounty hunters. Starts off as rather distant but eventually develops a level respect for the Krogan after learning the Krogan plight and the two fighting for each other.
Tali: Incredibly relunctant to allow Tali on the team, seeing her as the tag along kid. She eventually proves herself to Shepard in combat.
Liara: Finds himself slightly attracted to Liara and likes talking to her because of how easily flustered she gets.
Rachni: Was tempted to kill them, but eventually relented after realizing he didn't have it in him to kill off an entire race.
Council: Initially resented the council. His experiences with them throughout the game did not help. Ultimately however, his relationship with his own crew (especially Ashley) makes him reevaluate his stance on interspecies relationship. He decides to save them.
Virmire: Sent Ashley to fight with the Salarians and left Kaidan with the bomb. When the decision came, he went back for Ashley. Shep continues to feel guilt for Kaidan's death.
Anderson: Shepard's father-figure. Anderson is the only "parental figure" Shepard has ever had in his life and, as a result, is the one man he respects most.
Udina: Like most other authority figures, Shepard dislikes him.
Crew: Two words, Papa Wolf. Shepard doesn't have any family so his crew is the next closest thing. Screwing with them is a quick way to end up with a bullet in the head. Or a full forced biotic charge.

Background: colonist/war hero
Kate Shepard was an only child, lived with her parents down the road from her mom's parents and spent summers with her dad's parents who lived near the beach. She was visiting them when THEY came. She was one of the lucky ones, and joined the military to try and do what she could to keep this from happening to others. Part of her therapy was keeping a journal, so she has one filled with memories, silly things her grandmother would say like half the people you meet won't like you so concentrate on the other half and don't burn your bridge because you may need to use it. Things she didn't really understand but her grandmother seemed to think they were important.
She tries to live her life the way her parents and grandparents would be proud of. She's polite, kind to those who need help and will kill Fist with out a 2nd thought. She knows life isn't black and white, each decision is made on it's own merits.
Joker - He's her pal. She admires him and what he's capable of and likes his sense of humor. She felt a sense of relief when he showed up at TIM's.:innocent:
Kaidan - what can she say about Kaidan. She hadn't planed on feeling the things he brought out. She had her life organized and it didn't include a relationship. But he was kind, he was smart, funny and she knew he would fight beside her and watch her back. Those unwanted feelings snuck up on her and WAM hit her in the gut.
Things had been going really well, until she died. Then she saw him on Horizon, for her it was just a couple of days, but for him, two years had gone by. It was hard, trying to explain why she was with Cerberus in the short time they had, but his e-mail made her see that there was still a chance, since he had just started dating again, and they have been e-mailing each other, planning on getting together, if she survives. :innocent:
Ashley - Shepard liked her. Didn't agree with her views, but understood where she was coming from and enjoyed hearing about her family. Shepard regretted having to leave her at Virmire. She knows it was the right decision, but there is a little voice in her head asking "are you sure it wasn't because you care about Kaidan". But she knows that's not the reason, it's just the midnight blues.
Garrus: She thought he was ok, He was the first one who seemed to think Saren might be hiding something and he was willing to go against his boss to find out the truth. She was glad he wanted to join her team, but needed to make sure he understood there was fast and there was right. She did things the right way and after finding "Dr Heart" he seemed to get it. When she found out he was Archangel, it was like she told him, she was going to hell and was glad he would have her back.
Wrex - Ah Wrex. Shepard found an unexpected friend in Wrex. He made her laugh with his stories and when they found his armor she was glad she could help.
Tali - She impressed Shepard the first time they met and as they got to know each other, Shepard started looking at her like a younger sister. When they met up on Haestrom and Tali asked her to try and keep Kal'Reegar alive, well, Shepard had a minute to wonder. ummmm. Shepard understand Tali's distrust of Cerberus and shares it.
Liara - Liara made Shepard a little nervous, at least at first. it was hard getting around the whole 150 year old - looks like 25 thing. But when the girls got together for a girls night out, ok girls night in med bay, Liara was one funny researcher and for someone who was the least "experienced" she had read a lot of interesting books. All of them, even Dr. Chakwas, learned something new.
Rachni - Shepard thought the genophage was wrong. She was not going to destroy the Queen. Talking to the Queen, listening to her talking about the song that went sour, Shepard wondered if the Reapers were involved.
Council - frustrating. The Asari, we want to believe you Shepard, The Turian and Salarian both so superior in their attitude, but even with the frustration, Shepard realized that they do try to look at the big picture and humans are just one of the groups they are responsible for. She was glad they gave her spectres status back even though it may not mean much.
ME2 - Shepard is glad to be alive, but does not like working for Cerberus. The enemy of my enemy is not my friend, but she will work with them, for now.

He's a user of women, he distrusts aliens, he manipulates his superiors, hates the council and dishes out his own form of justice.
He also bullies Kaidan and Tali (Death to Kaidan and no Geth data for Tali)
He will find his place in ME2 and embrace the Cerberus ideals, handing the collector base over to TIM
Still havent decided what he will do romance wise, Miranda or Jack decisions decisions

I agree, everyone has great backgrounds. I know I enjoy giving them a history, usually not this detailed but it's fun.
I use the renegade option in ME1 more than in ME2. I've got one very balanced Shepard in ME1, but most of them are on the nicer side of polite. I did forget to give Tali the geth information once, but that was an accident and I've left both Kaidan and Ash. One Sheaprd was romancing Kaidan but had to leave him for the good of the mission. She had a rough time in the romance area, she romanced Thane and he also died.
Logically I know I'm missing out on interesting things by not going renegade, but I have tried doing the renegade options, and don't like the way it makes me feel. It's just not worth it to me. I sadly get emotionally involved with my character,
I found Miranda's romance a bit shallow, but Shepard wasn't looking for a long term romance so it worked. I did the Jack paragon romance and it was sweet and I am not interested in Tali so my other male Shepards will wait for Liara and Ash.

And you know what I've discovered? I love being a Renegon. Yeah. It surprised me, too. I blew up the Collector base once, was immediately hit with a massive guilt trip, and have turned it over to Cerberus in every subsequent playthrough. And the Renegade interrupts are so much more fun than the Paragon ones.
On top of that, when I go back to ME1 for another playthrough, I have a hard time not choosing Renegade responses. Paragon is... I don't know.
It feels too... is 'soft' the right word?
Don't get me wrong, I still do usually wind up Paragade in ME1, but mostly that's the result of my character's Mama Bear complex in regards to her crew/friends/
Also there's that disinclination to commit genocide. Na'mean?

Interestingly, for me it was the reverse: my character started off as a Paragade, with emphasis on the 'paragon'. But with ME2 I wanted to try a harsher, more jaded Shep; one who was fed up with being the 'good cop' when it just meant her good intentions would be thrown back in her face.

It's cool learning about everyone's interpretations. I actually went the other end. My Shepard starts off in ME1 as the standard hot head, who rarely fully thinks out his actions, and was a bit more of a renegade. It worked out for the best on Elysium, but the ME1 journey forced him to mature into becoming a better leader. In ME2, he's now more cool headed and fully thinks out the ramifications of his actions, especially since he still feels guilt for Kaidan's death.

Name: Edmund Matthias Shepard
Level: Casual
class: Sentinel
Background: Colonist/War Hero
Born to Dr. James and Dr. Madison Shepard on Mindoir. Had an older brother named Henry who was a few years older, considering entering the Alliance just before the attacks, and a younger sister named Annie who was the baby of the family, and life was peaceful.
He lost James and Henry in the first wave of the slaver attack. Then lost his mother and baby sister during the retreat, sustained injuries but Edmud survived. Bounced around from a refugee camps on various worlds before signing up with the Alliance and undergoing biotic training.
I call him a half spacer- had the upbringing and old family values driven into him until he lost everything. Being an orphan made him determined to fight for the weak and downtrodden.
ME1 Choices
Joker: Liked him immeditately from the start. The type of guy he knows he can be at ease with, and pull him out a sticky spot. One of the factors that keeps me going on ME2
Kaidan: Loved the guy like a brother marine. Definitely could understand being a biotic and a tech junkie.... Virmire nearly destroyed Edmund
Ash: Saw her as a friend, and respected her for her beliefs, since Ed's also believes in God as well. Will do what he can to clear her family name
Wrex: respects him as an older warrior, and enjoys their reunion on Tuchanka.
Garrus/Tali: Close friends. Loves them to bits. Helped them with the Dr. Saleon and geth data
Liara: A trusted confidont whom he knows he can tell his deepest insecurities too
Virmire: Spared Ash, left Kiaidan. Hates talking about it.
Rachni: Spared the queen... won't have genocide weighing him down.
Council: Saved them. He's a Spectre, he couldn't kill them, although he grieves for the human lives lost.
By ME2 he hasn't come to grips with his own death and revival as of yet, but stopping the Reapers and Collectors has taken much of his time....
he treats the ME2 crew with the same love and respect as the ME1 crew, working harder to make sure they survive debacles like Horizon, Collector Ship, etc.
He figures he suffers in silence, but gets joy from reuniting Miranda with Oriana, helping Garrus, Thane, Kasumi, etc find their own measures of peace.
En route of Pragia, Edmund began to develop real feelings towards Jack, and although he knows he can't fix everything, he wants to show her a real man doesnt' want to just hurt her again.... and he's leaving the option open to Jack if she wants to continue the relationship

Name: Alyson Ingrid Shepard
class: Vanguard
Level: Insanity/Hardcore
Background: Spacer/War hero
Daughter of Hannah Shepard, commonly named as "marine with big heart", and Magnus Ulrihsson, more known as Butcher of Torfan, who was one of the best Infiltrators of Alliance. According to date of birth, Alyson is a result of fraternization, as well as her mother, tending to act "by the book", asked to sign to another ship, where she got an eezo exposion. From the early ages Shepard tended to put her heart into actions and later was known as one of the most emotional biotics. Another feature was frequent technic malfunction near her, what was explained both by Alyson's blonde hair and large static charge. Shepard always want to know all about things she work with, but her real passion are biotic implants and aimps - she even sertified to lead some tuning and treatment to both L2 and L3 implants. Dara about violent experiments on biotics is the easiest way to make Shepard mad.
Once Shepard almost retired - she found her love, Ethan Hojamsky. Retirement was supposed to be signed at the day of their wedding, which was supposed to be held on Elysium. The day before Ethan, as a talented engineer, get some audio feed from slavers and suggested to abandon colony to save own lifes. For Alyson survival of civilians always was the top priority, so this was the end of their relationship.
After the Blitz Shepard became closer to father - always having the hidden opinion on people, always suppose the worst. N7 training she got only continued this line.
Her thoughts about characters and events:
Joker - "He is trying to hide his vulnerability behind (not always successful) jokes just like I - my suspitions behind cheerful smile. I think we'll get along well'; "Joker joined Cerberus knowing about their experimens? Is he really so self-centered? What else will he sacrifice to keep flying? I can't trust him anymore"
Kaidan - "I have trouble. He suffers from L2 and he is a victim of our species' own damn experiment. Moreover, he is still self-controlled, and caring, and non-xenophobic - have I said I have trouble? - and I definitely need in tech. I don't want to repeat the story of my family! Oh. I think I love him"; "I'm shocked. He did NOTHING to stop Reapers? Great Universe, can I trust to anyone?"
Ashley - "Only survivor from squad? Suspicious. Williams - where I've heard this surname? Suspicious. So high training score and still Chief? Suspicious. Can't separate aliens from animals? Bad for you"; "If I hadn't 'special feelings to Alenko, it would be easier - he is rare stable and loyal biotic, have tech skills and his rank is higher. But I have this feelings, and I'll always blame myself in killing you. Even your desire to remove spot from your family won't make it easier. I'm so sorry"
Garrus - "Is this guy really don't think about consequences? He prefers the easiest way, and I definitely don't like this"; "Here we come again. Back to basics. Is he really changes his minds so easy that forgot everything I told him - and it seems he understood - in several months after my death, or it was his strict father who taught him to show that he's understood and really continue doing the same wrong thing?"
Tali - "I understand that it wasn't your fault that war with geth started, but it was your people who created monsters who nearly destroyed Eden Prime! I still care about you, as you vulnerable civilian having noble goal to help your people"; "I care about you, younger sister. I understand how do you feel about your father - I was shocked by Torfan in a similar way. However, you still hate geth even after we discovered they aren't all monsters - I closer to Qwib Qwib opinion when it comes to geth"
Wrex - "I respect you. I'd done exactly the same if I were you"; "You're genius, Wrex. You should be known as some kind of saint among your people - your work is the cultural revolution for krogan, and this is the reason I kept the data about cure for geno****e. If Mordin will finish the job, it'd be yours"
Liara - "I know, asari deals with loss easier than people. But trying to get me in bed right after your mother's death - it's just awful"; "I assume it's your real face - cool-blooded informational broker and killer. Saving Feron isn't excuse - ther were no chances he'd survived. So you hunted Shadow Broker only to get his place. I won't trust you even for a minute"
Anderson - "One of my mother best friend and my ideal"; "Being Councilor spoilt you. You've never checked if I real, just refused to tell me where Kaidan is. You set us both in danger. What, "undead" Shepard is pain in a** with her claims about Reapers?"
Rachni - "Racni's genocide was a mistake. Krogan's genocide was a mistake. I won't repeat them - they deserve another chance."
ME2 - "It's clear that Cerberus just use me. O'k, I'm in game - survival of colonists is top priority. I'll save them, even if everyone betrayed me - Alliance, Council, Cerberus, even Kaidan. Now, with solid data from Collectors' base, Kasumi's grey box, Shadow Broker network and all information from Cerberus Miranda have you'll play my game"

class: Infiltrator
Background: Spacer/War Hero
Shepard is a football fan (as in American or Canadian football, not soccer). He loves the game because it’s a team game and because people come in different sizes, different colors and with different aptitudes and skill sets. You cannot judge an individual’s worth using a single parameter. In a football team, players each have different roles to play, requiring different skill sets. Some kick the ball, some throw it, some catch it, some run with it through a wall of tacklers, and some open a gap through the wall to let the runner through, some try to tackle the ball carrier, some try to intercept an opponent’s throw… You put a player in the role where his qualities will shine and his weaknesses will not hamper his performance. In life you’re rarely allowed to pick an all-star team. You try to win with whatever team you are given, and you’re better off using the carrot more often than the stick.
A player doesn’t have to love all his teammates, but if he can’t respect them, he’ll be traded off for someone who can sooner or later. A player who can’t gain the respect of his peers won’t be playing for long. A personal foul penalizes the whole team; if you can’t control your attitude, you’ll be watching the game from the bench. Sheppard’s a team player, it’s what attracted him to military service (beside practically being born to it).
Spacers get to meet a lot more aliens than colonists or earth bound humans, and Shepard always was a good judge of character. When he met a new alien, he made sure he learned what he could about what makes that species tick. You have to gauge a new player, know where he’ll fit in your team, and how to neutralize him if he’s playing on the opposite team. He knows aliens aren’t human and knows better than to assume they’ll share the human perspective on everything.
When the Blitz came and his unit faced off against a melting pot of human renegades, batarian slavers, krogan mercs and vorcha cannon fodder, he knew what made each species tick. He knew what strength to counter, what weakness to exploit and he made heroic soldiers out of the scrawniest recruit. When he almost got killed repelling the final assault, Dr. Chakwas was the surgeon who stitched him back together. Shepard never knew, of course, and Chakwas saved numerous other lives that day. But she remembered the shattered body and the anxious clutch of injured survivors who brought it in, the mixed fear and hope in their eyes that their hero would live through the night…
Joker – A prime example of exceptional talent in an imperfect human being. Shepard is happy Joker’s talent wasn’t wasted because of his handicap. He was also humbled when he found out Joker had come back for him (Joker didn’t learn about the Normandy before he learned about Shepard).
Kaidan - Lt. Alenko was a good officer and a friend who shared the Spacer’s perspective on the Alliance and aliens. Faced with a choice between rescuing Kaidan in the AA tower and preventing any tampering with the bomb should Ashley be overwhelmed, Shepard returned to Ashley to make sure the bomb would go off. Sadly, Kaidan couldn’t run as fast as Rana Thanoptis… Losing friends and brothers is a part of military life. You cannot let the imminent death of a fellow distract you from what’s happening elsewhere on the battlefield, otherwise your whole team could die as well. Battle is a messy, chaotic environment; your men rely on you keeping a clear head and while you must remember the dead, you fight for the living.
Ashley - Gunnery Chief Williams was initially seen as a lucky break in a mission gone FUBAR. The situation on Eden Prime was BIG, much bigger than a simple recovery mission, and with Jenkins dead, an experienced soldier like Williams (with local area knowledge) was a godsend. While flattered by the Chief’s interest, Shepard was initially too focused on the mission to reciprocate and while skirting around the rules against fraternization may work in peace time, Shepard knew firsthand how quickly soldiers can die in battle.
But even in war, soldiers spend a lot of time waiting in transit with little else to do beside prepping gear and shooting the bull. Shepard enjoyed his time spent talking with his team but enjoyed his time with Ash most of all. They shared a similar military background but Ash had all these siblings!!! That was something Shepard never knew and it sounded delightfully unpredictable. They laughed; they drank, discovered a shared respect for the military brotherhood and, in spite of themselves, fell in love… which felt wonderful but made things complicated from a military perspective.
Ashley was too dedicated to her duty to mind being ordered into danger by her lover, but Shepard’s position was getting uncomfortable. Only the excuse of his Spectre status allowed him to keep circumventing frat rules that exist for a good reason: it’s harder for a leader to concentrate on the tactical situation if he’s constantly worried about his lover getting shot, burned or blown away. Shepard was considering reassigning Ash to Councillor Anderson when the SR-1 was destroyed.
Shepard was almost relieved when Ashley turned him down on Horizon. Ashley had grown; she’d finally got a chance to shine under Anderson’s tutelage. As much as he needed people he could trust, he also felt she was likely better off not joining him on what looked like a suicide mission. Having survived and defeated the Collectors, and no longer an Alliance Navy officer Shepard is looking forward to some long delayed shore leave and a chance to make the universe right again.
Garrus - Shepard was disappointed to learn Garrus had finally given up on C-Sec and taken up a vigilante’s life and feared the turian might regret it, especially after losing his team. But Shepard also saw in him the makings of a superb human leader, even if that meant Garrus would never fit in amongst the much more regimented turian military. And Garrus is one of the few people Shepard could trust among his rag-tag team of aliens, mercenaries, criminals and covert operatives. And contrary to the Shadow Broker’s assessment, Shepard believes Garrus will come into his own as soon as he realizes he cannot blame himself for things he has no control over.
Tali – Shepard still has trouble seeing Tali as more than a gifted young girl, especially after learning so much about Ashley’s younger siblings. Even two years after her triumphant return to the flotilla and her newfound confidence from her experience onboard the SR-1, the little is not far behind the blank faceplate of her enviro-suit. Shepard has inherited some of Ashley’s protectiveness towards this young quarian who’s become the closest thing Shepard’s ever had to a kid sister.
Wrex – Among a race that essentially devolved into barbarism, Wrex alone sought to restore the greatness of the krogan people. Among a race that respects only an individual’s fighting prowess, Wrex alone saw the merits of team play and only became a lone mercenary out of disillusion. Wrex would laugh if he knew, but Shepard sees him like an ancient king of legend, grumpy yet noble in purpose and treats him like a very old relative whose wisdom is sought after in spite of his rough manners. Shepard sees him as the krogan’s best chance at gaining re-acceptance into the galactic community without compromising too much of their nature. He’s the battlemaster krogans needed but didn’t want.
Liara - Endearing as a friend, the absent-minded professor with curves, Liara has begun to show some of the steel she inherited from her late mother. Shepard can’t help but worry that Liara’s distance from her newfound operatives as the new Shadow Broker may compromise her better nature in the long run. The Shadow Broker played all sides against the middle… will Liara try to tip the balance one way or the other? To do so may make her some very powerful and dangerous enemies (although anything else pales when compared to the Reapers…
Rachni - The Rachni Queen’s plea felt convincing enough and she’s been keeping in touch and out of trouble, which Shepard sees as vindication of his decision. He’s curious as to how exactly the rachni queen intends to help against the Reapers.
Council – Political creatures concerned with too many large issues to see the true danger. Yet they represent legitimate authorities, and were willing enough to consider reinstatement and not interfere in Shepard’s investigation of human colony disappearances. The turian is obviously resentful of the fact he owes Shepard and the Alliance their lives. Unsurprising, given the turians notoriously inflexible mindset. The salarian only trusts evidence, something Shepard still failed to provide to convince the Council of the existence of his Reaper Armada. The asari displays typical diplomacy and willingness to compromise and appears to be the one breaking all the deadlocks.
Virmire – A Hail Mary play… Once they met up with the STG survivors, Shepard knew he was gonna lose people on that one. Saren’s use of krogans as a mere tool is what finally roused Wrex out of centuries of pretending he didn’t care anymore. Someday Shepard will burn Alenko’s name into whatever the Keystone is made of, just so the krogans never forget the price others paid to uplift them once more…
Cerberus – While grateful for the medical care and the nice ship, Shepard doesn’t believe in TIM’s claim that what benefits Cerberus benefits all of humanity. The STG are accountable to the salarian government who finances their operations, while Cerberus is a privately funded covert organization with no legitimacy. Cerberus is TIM’s organization and it will serve the interests of its financial backers. If serving corporate interests had been Shepard’s thing, he’d have become a mercenary, not the top Alliance Marine he is. As far as he’s concerned, Cerberus serves the interests of some human corporations who have no choice but to back Shepard’s efforts to stop the Reapers (because no one will buy their products if everyone’s dead…). The alliance with Cerberus is an alliance of convenience forced upon Shepard by circumstances; as much as he hates it, he’s got no choice but to go along. But he’ll see justice done to Kohoku’s killers yet… all the little dirty secrets Jack uncovers will be filed away and there WILL be a reckoning.
The Collector Base – Acting under fire and worried about other Collector vessels returning to the base after the neutron burst killed the current occupants, Shepard blew it up, thinking it was safer to leave nothing the Collectors could eventually recapture. But he privately fears that he may have destroyed what could have been the only way to stop the Reapers and wishes he could have handed it over to the Council, who could have secured it against recapture instead… The thought now haunts him at night.

She never knew her true father (she had only spoken with him a few times. she knew he was french and little else) and was later adopted by her mothers hunsband. She was raised to always to the right thing but also had a "bad girl" side. Given her terrible relationship with her birth father and all the friends she lost on Akuze, she finds it difficult to becom close with people.
Joker: Maryse and joker have a pretty good relationship. they dont talk much, but she admires his inner strength and determination.
Ashley: Ashley was one fo the first people Matyse had felt close to in a very long time. She felt that Ash was like the sister she never had. The too came from similar families (sorta) and both loved poetry. Maryse felt especially close after hearing about the death of Ashley's father. It was never an option to leave Ashley on Virmire, she was sort of like Maryses' best friend. This was probably why she was so hurt with Ashleys harsh treatment on Horizon. She never wanted to leave the alliance but u cant bite the hand that feeds.
Kaidan: Kaidan wasnt the first person to have a crush on Maryse, but he was the one that caused the most tension with the mission. It wasnt a tough choice to leave Kaidan behind on Virmire, but it was a choice that Maryse never wants to face again.
Garrus: right when she met him, she knew she wanted to trust him, but she couldnt bring herself to do it. Maryse knew that Garrus was a renegade and that he had no reason to ever turn on her. But she also knew that he had no reason to really be working with her. He was a loose cannon and she couldnt afford to grow attached to him.
Wrex: Wrex was a sketchy man-creature-thing. he seemed like he wanted to kill something, but he seemed like he had no intention of hurting Maryse. when he was aangry on Virmire, Maryse knew she had to remind him that Saren was the enemy and to take his anger out on him. While they never had too many talks, Maryse was happy that she could always count on Wrex to get the job done.
Tali: Scared. This was the first word Maryse thought of when she met Tali. She may have not been scared to shoot a gun, but this big galaxy was defintly intimidating Tali. while Tali was just a little younger than Maryse, the maturity was alot different. Tali has alot of grwoing up and its too risky to becom friends with a "child"
Liara: Maryse liked Liara. not in the romantic way, but as a person. Liara was always eager to help in any way possible. and given the situation with Saren and her mother...it was impressive how willing she was to help. Maryse could tell she was a valuable asset to the team and they did have some good talks.
going intom me2: she realised living life without trusting people doesnt make you happy. she is determined to make use of her second life

Anderson: Looks up to him... Likes him, a fellow soldier like him. Friend.
Rahni: Killed her because he was going the renegade route. (but saved her on other playthroughs)

class: Infiltrator
Background: Colonist
Reputation: War Hero
When Emmanuelle was 16, batarians raided her home colony and killed her family. She learned that the galaxy can be a cold, uncaring place... and has dedicated her life to changing that. She'll fight for anyone who needs help, regardless of their species, and she always tries to put the needs of others before her own.
Her dedication has brought her great respect among her peers, but she spends so much of her efforts fighting the good fight that she doesn't really make as many friends as she would like, and so much of her affection is saved for her crew.
Her relationships:
Anderson - The Captain's always commanded her deepest respect. He's the example she tries to follow.
Joker - She dislikes his constant irreverence, but she's also sensitive to his health issues.
Chakwas - A kindred spirit, another woman who constantly puts others' needs ahead of her own.
Jenkins - She views his death as a failure on her part. She regrets that she doesn't really have any memories of him other than his death.
Kaiden - She was just being nice, he read way too much into it, and it made things awkward. She still lays awake some nights, haunted by the thought that his sacrifice came after she rejected him romantically.
Ashley - She looks at Ashley and sees a younger, rougher version of herself. This made things all the worse when she discovered that her former Gunnery Chief was investigating her after she was drafted into Cerberus.
Garrus - Their worldviews are so very similar, and she can't help trying to nudge him back into alignment when he talks about killing Sidonis and Dr. Saleon.
Wrex - They get along. That's pretty much the best one can hope for with a bitter, cynical krogan mercenary.
Tali - The quarians, hated and rejected by the galaxy at large, are precisely the kind of people Emmanuelle has dedicated her life to protecting. They're very close, and although Em doesn't reciprocate Tali's crush, she still has a lot of affection for her.
Liara - The love of her life. Between Em's galaxy-saving and Liara's galactic-manipulation schedules, they don't get as much time together as they would like, but when they do get together, the Shadow Broker's lair tends to fill up with the sound of various involuntary exclamations and that Phil Collins song with the distorted vocals...
Miranda - Emanuelle has come to trust her, even though she used to be the Illusive Man's liaison.
Jacob - The most honest guy in the room.
Illusive Man - An alliance of necessity, nothing more.
Kelly - One of Shepard's less noble moments. She didn't necessarily want to hurt Kelly, but she never intended for their brief thing to become something more. After she got back together with Liara, Kelly was kind enough to go on leave for "Collector-related emotional distress".
Mordin - She finds him very useful, and occasionally amusing.
Grunt - She tends to avoid the cargo hold. His gleeful reminiscing about killing salarians and turians disturbs her.
Zaeed - He's like a car wreck - ugly and not particularly pleasant to listen to, but she can't help being fascinated by his blunt "waxing goddamn nostalgic"...
Jack - She keeps trying to get through to Jack, choosing to believe that maybe there's something redeemable beneath the surface.
Kasumi - the port observation lounge is one of Shepard's favorite places to unwind after a mission. Kasumi is one of the few people who really knows about Shepard's relationship with Liara; there are many on the Normandy who know that the two are an item, but Kasumi's one of the few allowed to ask about how the relationship is going. Similarly, Liara and Shepard are the only two with whom Kasumi talks about her dead lover and her feelings for Jacob.
Thane - He's very reserved, but Shepard makes a point of talking to him every now and then, and often enjoys it.
Samara - Samara represents an ideal that Shepard aspires to - traveling the galaxy, protecting the innocent, and punishing the wicked. Of course, at one point, when it looked like Liara was consumed by her desire for vengeance, Shepard's admiration for the Justicar began to transform into infatuation, and resulted in one of the more humiliating moments in her new life, when Samara rejected her advances. Things have smoothed over since then.
Morinth - Emmanuelle's had worse blind dates, but she still wasn't too sad to see Morinth killed off
Legion - Legion is... difficult to relate to. Emmanuelle still has trouble seeing it as a person.
Various decisions:
* Ordered the Alliance fleet to save the Destiny Ascension, and put forward Anderson's name for the human seat on the Council
* Spared the Rachni Queen
* Convinced Kyle and Toombs to surrender peacefully, and managed to talk Talitha down
* Handed Ronald Taylor over to the authorities
* Convinced Miranda to spare Niket (for all the good that it did)
* Saved Ashley on Virmire
* Humiliated al-Jibani on her own show
* Saved all the colonists on Feros, and convinced Jeong not to scrap the colony
* Re-wrote the heretic geth
* Convinced Conrad Verner that he'd helped break up a terrorist cell on Illium
* Helped Parasini to investigate Anoleis
* Stopped Mordin from killing Maelon
* Sent David Archer to Grissom Academy
* Allowed Santiago to escape Zorya in order to rescue the workers trapped in the fire
* Killed many, many pyjak on Tuchanka
* Helped Grunt to kill the Thresher Maw
* Prevented Garrus from crippling Harkin and killing Sidonis
* Saved the sick batarian and rescued Dennis on Omega
* Gave Aria the intel on the plot against her, and posed as the Patriarch's krantt
* Stirred up the crowd at Tali's trial in order to distract the Admiralty Board from Rael's role in the attack on the Alarai (and of course she gave Tali a hug when they found her dad)
* Stopped Kolyat from assassinating Joram Talid
* Sent the data from Lorek to the Alliance
* Stopped the attempt to destroy Terra Nova

Good to his crew, he'll always help those in need but if your a bad guy he's looking to make you dead guy. He's hot headed, implussive and sometimes extremly violent to his ememies.
Joker: He likes Joker, gets annoyed with him some times.
Kaidan: A good friend of his. (regrets not being able to save him)
Ashley: They started off pretty rough but ended up falling for her.
Garrus: Agrees with his views on crime
Wrex:Respects his combat ability and thinks of him as a very large and scaly brother he doesn't have.
Tali: A strange quarian girl, but eventually came to like her more.
Liara: Liked her (choose Ashley over her) and will still come to her add if she asks for it. (bothered with her current title as shadow broker)
Anderson: His friend and the one he picked to be the human councilor.
Udina: Would have very much liked to kill him on the citadel.
Rachni:Was about to kill them but (thanks to a certain asari doctor.) let them live
Council: Saved them.
Collector base: kept it. will do what ever it takes to beat the Reapers! (even giving the base to cerberus.)
Miranda: They had a bit of a thing, but ended it just before it got serious. (A little kiss never killed any one right?)
Jacob: Doesn't have much of an oppinion on him.
Jack: They curently have issues. (Shep told her no and now she replies to him with a f---- off when he tries to talk with her.)
Samara: doesn't trust her completely (most of his actions fall under that " if I wasn't under the code I'd kill you" thing)
Grunt, Morden and Thane: regrets not being able to get them through the suicide mission alive.
Let that old man Messani burn on Zorya, let Kasumi keep the grey box.
Rewrote the the geth.

Using the original maleshep, name John Shepard as well. Spacer and Vanguard though.
As for the relationship with everyone my shepard is friendly towards everyone, mostly because thats how I would treat them if I were to be the shepard..Liara as
A bit suspicious when it comes to walking into traps, therefor he hates the Illusive Man, Shiala were killed because he (or I) trusted her right away and had to make a choice (seemed cruel to kill her, didn't want it to bite me in the back later on).
Don't know why but willing to give Rachni another chance, dont ask why lol.
Kaiden left on Virmire, sucked but had to be done
Hated the Turian councilor, the others where just blind.. Killed the council but that was because I somehow thought that if I did not send the alliance fleet to kill sovereign he would survive and and destroy the citadel and I didn't want that, even though I've heard from Vigil a few minutes earlier that the reapers created it. =)
Anderson for the council ofc! Udina sold me out!
as for ME 2, my first playthrough were on my second 360 So I started off with a new one
Although still friendly towards everyone, Miranda as LI.. hated that Liara just sat there!
Everyone survived except Jack, didn't have enough renegade points to tell her that I lied to Miranda or whatever he had in mind ^^ ended up with Jack telling me to **** OFF!
Yeah, thats my Shepard. Friendly guy but a bit twisted just like me

Hollis Shepard. A man of Action. A man of Duty. And that's pretty much it.
It's worth noting that he looks something like Leonard Nimoy if he were Egyptian and a killer of men.
class: SoldierBackground: Earthborn/Ruthless
I tried to have a strong idea for the character going into the game. I didn't want to just be a Renegade for Renegade's sake. Most of the time, the Renegade option seems like you're just being a jerk. Hollis Shepard can be distant, but that's just because he's trying hard to avoid fraternization. The military made him what he is, gave him a way to get out of the slums. He's dedicated to ideals of professionalism and efficiency.
The side effect of this is that when the crew lines up to throw themselves on him, he turns all of them down. No exception. No second guessing. The military isn't a dating service, and romantic relationships can destroy morale and group cohesion. Maybe he doesn't know how to love -- he saw and did some bad things on Torfan. Speaking of Torfan, despite his reputation, he feels responsible for his crew's safety and doesn't casually throw away lives...if they died, it's because the mission called for it.
You can probably guess how things went:
Ashley: Respects her as a soldier. Treated her harshly on their first meeting, but was quick to speak highly of her to others.
Kaidan: An unfortunate sacrifice on Virmire. Ashley was protecting the bomb, and that place had to go up in smoke. So the team went to back her up, and when we had to go it wasn't feasible to pick up Alenko. That's that.
Garrus: A kindred spirit. Shepard doesn't like being outside the law, but he has no problem dishing out justice to the guilty. That's what happened on Torfan.
Tali: Impressed by her from the beginning. He was taken by her dedication to the fleet, mirroring his own ideals of service. Moreover, he knew what it was like to have to scavange to survive. If anything, he feels like a big brother, or he would if he hadn't grown up as an orphan.
Wrex: A warrior that Hollis respects. Because of that respect, Hollis does what he can to further Wrex's plans for his people. (The reason he let Mordin kill his assisstant was due in part to the fact that Wrex turned his offer down. If Wrex didn't like Maelon, Hollis didn't like Maelon).
Zaeed: Arguably the closest in spirit to Shepard. If nothing else, they share a distaste for Batarians. Hollis hated watching him die on the Collector base, but it seemed fitting. And the mission is paramount.
Thane: As you can guess, Hollis appreciates a principled killer. This applies to Mordin as well.
Liara: Hollis appreciates her knowledge, and after she crawls around in his head and helps him figure out what he's seen, he learns to trust her. And she killed her mom, which is dedication that Hollis can appreciate. He appreciates having someone on the inside...everywhere...now that she's the Shadow Broker.
Jack: Rough childhood; ran with gangs. Hollis sees a little of himself in Jack. Tough-love all the way. Assuming "tough-love" means driving them to their torture chamber, pushing them to execute someone, and helping to set of a high-yield explosive device.
Miranda: Hollis doesn't quite trust her because of her love of Cerberus. But she's a good leader. And for some reason, he actually stopped her from executing her old friend.
Jacob: Just another soldier. No real connection. Though Hollis did enjoy leaving Jacob's dad to be torn apart by his victims.
As for other major decisions:
*Hollis killed the Rachni queen. Partially because he saw the Rachni as a threat (he didn't quite believe everything the Queen said), partially to help the Krogan wipe out their ancient foe.
* Despite his Ruthless reputation, Shepard went out of his way to spare the Zhu's Hope colony.
* He did not, however, go out of his way to save the hostages in Bring Down the Sky. Those Batarians had to be brought to Justice. Some torture, yeah. But mostly Justice. (If there's a Batarian squadmate with even tentative connection to slavers in ME3 it will not go well)
* He also went out of his way to kill every member of Cerberus he could get his hands on, as well as killing that scientist so Toombs wouldn't have to. That makes his present affiliation...problematic. He gets the mission done, as he always does, but he does it on his terms. As soon as he heard the Illusive Man say "acquire the collector base" as opposed to "destroy" he made up his mind. Hollis hates being used.
* Hollis did not save the council, believing it was more important to ensure the destruction of Sovereign. After the battle, he suggested that the Council be reformed more or less as it was...though with military-man Capt. Anderson as the nominal head.
*Hollis also blew up the Heretic geth base. Murder seemed better than brainwashing, somehow, and fits with his style in any case.
Wow, that was long. If anyone actually read all that I appreciate it.
PS: What's the best way to get a screen shot in ME2? I tried print screen, but apparently the application is invisible and when I pasted it into paint it was just a picture of the desktop.

Name: John W. Shepard
class: Soldier
Background: Earthborn/Sole Survivor
John has found many years ago that occasionally everybody near him dies. He always does his best to survive, no matter the cost. Shepard's joining to Alliance is only attempt to run away from gangs, and his loyalty to Alliance is only kept by fear to change his life.
Joker - John dislikes him, considering pilot as a cheerful idiot.
Kaidan - complicated relationships. Mutual disagreement of actions.
Ashley - loved her. Letting her die on Virmire (Shepard saved officer (player wanted to see drama)) was very hard.
Garrus - agreement about "fastest way is the best"
Tali - cared about her as about younger sister. LI in ME2, died from engine explosion.
Wrex - hated them, couldn't understand his intentions of curing the genophage. Wrex was killed by Ashley on Virmire.
Liara - sympathy, since Liara killed her mother. Afraid of Liara in ME2 and, especially, in LotSB.
Rachni, colonists, Shiala - killed, because Shepard didn't wanted to change existing order.
Udina, as more talented politic, became leader of new, all-human Council.
ME2 - if Cerberus are the ones who cares about Shepard's rebirth and stopping Reapers, they'll get full loyalty. Note: people who survived SM are Samara, Thane and Mordin
PS: I use program called Fraps (not full version) to make screenshots

class: Vanguard
Background: Colonist/War Hero
My Shepard is one who knows where she exists and how she is perceived. She does what she has to do and picks her battles as wisely as she can. She's not prone to jump the gun, but sees there are times when spontaneity is a good thing. She doesn't let things go easily. She hates Batarians because of what happened to her family. (I don't think of her as an only child. I imagine she had an younger sibling. Brother or sister or both.) And when Elysium came around it was like she couldn't be stopped. She was taking any and every Batarian life she could. One for every second of suffering her family and the other colonists endured before they died.
Joker - she sees him as more of a little brother. She can tell his disability does bother him though he's learned to accept it as much as he has been able to.
Kaidan - Handsome. A genuinely good guy. For whatever reason he seems to be the calm amidst the storm.
Ashley - she has a crush on her. Doesn't know whether to open up about it or leave it alone. It's a bit confusing. Ashley represents a strength Shepard found when fighting against the Batarians. Something she didn't know existed, but is happy she found.
Garrus - sees him as rough around the edges, but honorable. Has an "Atlas" quality that he could do better without, but it's made him what he is. She hopes he knows when he's carried too much or is ready to let the weight fall.
Tali - Sees her as capable, mature, and strong despite her age -- in regards to Quarian standards (ME1).
Wrex - Don't know what to make of him, but he's good in a fight and doesn't exemplify long held beliefs others have about krogan
Liara - despite her age, she's a bit too green for her tastes.
Rachni - His job isn't to stop races from succeeding if there's a chance for them to succeed.
Council - infuriating, but they are the backbone of the galaxy as we know it. Slow change is needed.
Virmire - Kaiden is left behind unfortunately. Because of her background, Shepard sought to save as many lives as possible. The STG crew had to be saved. That Ashley was with them is mere coincidence though bittersweet. Shepard would have rather not lost anyone. Kaiden is mourned.
Going onto ME2
Considering the whole work with Cerberus angle, she's hoping that she was kept out of the loop by the Council and the Alliance just in case Cerberus is listening. That the Council reinstated her as a Spectre gives her hope and she wants to go back home if possible. She lost a lot when she was a child and she accepted a new family that grew. That she's being denied it hurts her so much that she often wishes she had been left to rest in peace.

Name: Samantha Shepard
class: Adept
Background: Colonist/Sole Survivor
Samantha Shepard is currently in an extremely dark place. The galaxy is under threat from Saren and the Reapers, and her own sanity is under threat from a single decision she was forced to make on Virmire
Samantha Shepard was born on Mindoir and at the tender age of 16 lost her family to Batarian Slavers. The experience inspired her to join the alliance and help ensure such events never transpired again. She is straight edge, dosen't drink or smoke and believes in the respect of the chain of command without exception.
She is keen to do her best for humanity in her new role as Spectre, and help build relations with the other alien species
Joker - Sam dosen't really know what to make of him, she knows he's a good pilot but his humour often leaves him speechless
Cpt. Anderson - Sam has huge repect for her former Captain and trusts his experience
Kaidan - Once a respected collegue, Kaiden soon developed into the love of Samantha's life. Each coversation brought them closer, and breath a new understanding of both their characters. Sam and Kaidan were cut from the same cloth, dependable, loyal, and caring. Virmire changed all that. Forced with an impossible decision Sam chose to go back to the bombsite and ensure the bomb was not disabled. Yes she left Kaidan at the AA towers but she never really felt that he would not make it. Now he's gone, and Sam feels empty and angry
Ashley - Sam always respected Ash's abilities as a Soldier. She also felt bad for the way her family was treated. As a person Shepard see's Ash as somewhat of a protege, someone with great potential. Her views on aliens were of great interest to Shepard, as she found it hard to disagree with her. After Virmire Shepard finds it hard to look at Ash, she dosen't blame her for Kaidan's death, she more feels guilty for the fact that if she knew had the time over, her decision would be different. She is now determined to ensure that Ash becomes everything she can be, to ensure Kaidan's sacrifice was not in vain [Horizon is going to be interesting]
Garrus - Shepard respected Garrus's quest for justice, but more and more she is beginning to dislike Turian's in general. Wherever there is a Turian there seems to be trouble, Saren, the Turian Councillor, The Turian inKaidans past, the first contact war. Shepard is becoming wary
Wrex - Wrex broke the chain of command by drawing his fire arm on her on Virmire. Yes it was an emotive subject but for Sam there is no excuse for this. Sam will keep a close eye on him as now she see's him as little more then a gun for hire. Wrex should count himself lucky that the altercation occurred before the death of Kaidan. A post Virmire Shepard, in the emotional state thats she's in, would most likely have planted a bullet between his eyes
Tali - Tali is like the little sister Shepard never had. Sam loves the loyalty Tali shows to the fleet and respects her abilities as an Engineer, and her bravery. She will do everything she can to aid her in retaking her homeworld
Liara - Shepard likes Liara bit us weary of her due to her making advances on her earlier in the mission. She explained to her that she had feelings towards Kaidan and while Liara is mono gendered, in Shepards eyes she was female and Shepard was not that way inclined. She was somewhat flattered and admired how Liara handled the rejection, but she did find it all a bit forward in the first place. As a person though Sam likes Liara and finds her social awkwardness somewhat intriguing
So thats where I am so far, but I think Sam has some troubled times ahead of her. At the start of ME2 I think I will change her bleached blond hair back to her natural colour (can you change the appearance of an imported character at the start of ME2?, I've never tried before) to signify Sams lack of interest in her own personal
appearance (yet another thing she no longer cares for)
