Hi Everyone

We have emailed out a veritible armory's worth of codes for the Staff of Parthalan and if you had signed up for the Dragon Age newsletter prior to or during this summer's conventions you should have now received your code. If you have received your code you can either hold onto the email and redeem it once Dragon Age 2 ships in March or you can register it now and it will be associated with your profile, ready to go when the game ships.

If you have not yet signed up for the Newsletter, you can sign up during the month of October and you will still get the newsletter and the code for the Staff of Parthalan. Head over to the Dragon Age homepage and sign up in teh upper right hand corner.http://dragonage.bioware.com/

If you sign up or have signed up for the newsletter In October, you will be getting your code emailed to you in November.

If you have not received a code and think you should have:

1 - Please check your CORRECT email address. The email it was sent to is the email tied to your BioWare Social account. Some people use multiple email addresses (like a personal one only for family, but a gmail or hotmail for signups to avoid spam, etc). Make sure you are checking the email address attached to your profile and not the wrong account.

2 - You should have signed up for the Dragon Age newsletter which is available here: http://dragonage.bioware.com/ It should appear in teh upper right hand corner of the page. If you do not see it, you have signed up for it (but you can clear your cookies and sign up again. It does not harm things, but it doesn't give you extra codes either).

3 - We are working on a system to allow users to test their sign up to ensure they get the newsletter and teh Staff of Parthalan code. tThis will take a day or so to get working, but we will let you know when it is up and running.

I signed up on the first day the new page went on. I used the email, which is : my main adresse, my social network adresse with all registered ingame-stuff, my facebook account.
I also clicked on the "I like" facebook button, but never got any newsletters to this adresse. A few days ago  someone linked a site, where you can see for what newsletters your account has signed up. Mine had no signing up, so I confirmed Dragon Age and BioWare sign up.  I dont know what went wrong in first place.  I hope I'll get a mail in november then.

Could it be that Mozilla Thunderbird causes a problem with the newsletters? It transfers the mails from web.de.

Same here. I signed up and have received the newsletter. However, i have not received a code. Checked my junk mail going back the last two weeks as well just in case.

Signed up for it months ago when it was first announced but I haven't received a code, just signed up for it again hopefully it will work this time!

I should have received a code, but I didn't. In fact, I received the August 22nd email about the cinematic trailer, but not the 2 codes you should have sent after that (and I haven't received them in the spam folder, that I always check before delete).

I use the same email for all the EA and Bioware accounts and I'm subscribed to the facebook Dragon Age and Dragon Age Newsletter since you open the Dragon Age 2 web page, and for what I've read, a lot of people have the same problem as me.

I hope you can fix this newsletter problem.

The problem was that the sign up on http://dragonage.bioware.com/ did not work, it said account updated but you never got a confirmation email and when you check the account subscription site, you'll see that you are not signed up for the newsletter if you used the sign up http://dragonage.bioware.com/. One last time, the sign up at http://dragonage.bioware.com/ did NOT work.

Same here, I never got a confirmation email.
