I got mine no problem. Just redeemed it. For those who had trouble with it, it looks like Bioware is doing it again this month, so just try again.

I'm not worrying. Signed up for it two days ago and waiting (patiently) for november to come.

If the code has not been sent then, well.. maybe I'll release my nerd rage onto the public.

Otherwise Bioware is keeping me quaint and happy with their small releases.

Checked my spam on gmail's website and in the Thunderbird email program nothing about Dragon Age except emails about updates to the Dragon Age wiki I go to.

I've signed up twice with the only email I use for email. I haven't recieved one newsletter after signing up for the newsletters. Ridiculous.

Everybody who has just re-signed up needs to chill, Chris has said that BioWare won't be sending out ones from October until November. If you didn't receive it before, it's because the DA2 site did not sign you up, so signing up for it now will give you the code in November.

I signed in august and didn’t get the codes... I tried from the bioware account but I never found how to register to Dragon Age newsletter so I went to the EA web and tried and it took me to the DA:O page, this one had the upper right subscribe option and I did that, but when I tried to get to the bioware page where the subscriptions are and I still don’t get the Dao subscription... I don’t know... I guess I will just have to wait

That's because Chris mentioned several pages back that particular page is from the old site and is out-of-date and will be removed soon - don't use it as reference.

To be fair, not everyone has the time/desire to trudge through pages and pages of a long topic to find that. Maybe the first post should be edited to prevent further confusion?

Maybe people should set the email address to their allowed list. I got mine from DragonAge AT em DOT ea DOT com

The biggest problem is that there was no confirmation email when we signed up for the newsletter so no one knew if it worked or not. it was a case of blind luck and hoping there was no problems on biowares end.

Same for me. I actually tried to signup multiple times, everytime it said my account was updated but never got the newsletter. So, how do I know it worked? Do I ever have a chance to get the staff? I receive the confirmation e-mail from DLC on this address, so Bioware already use it to communicate with me. Checked my spambox and nothing there as well.

well, I received the mail for the DA2 trailer, so I guess that means I was registered just fine, but nothing about the staff and I've been checking my junk mail every day just in case.

Then I was told you'd probably just be given it in your inventory at the start of the game.


Which means it's probably going to be a low tier weapon that you'll out grow quickly anyway....

...unless it levels up with you.......

Make sure you don't have them on a block list or anything.
