I decided to try signing up for the newsletter again, since I didn't receive a code, and when I went to type in my password in the newsletter box on this page: http://dragonage.bioware.com/ you can see every letter typed into the password box (instead of being stars or dots or whatever that's normal for a password text box).

edit: I actually did just find my code, but the password box still might be considered a problem

Interesting. The destiny trailer email came from newsletter AT biowaremail DOT com.

Seems like they've had a very unsuccessful transfer. Hopefully option three will fix this mess.

I signed up during the convention and have gotten the newsletter for the DA2 trailer back in August. I have yet to receive my key.

Okay BioWare, I've registered 2 more times recently (once in another web browser). I've probably signed up for the newsletter around 6 or 7 times now. If I don't recieve a code by the end of the week, I call shenanigans.

I signed up in August. Regardless of the extra times I've signed up, that should still count. The extra times are just to TRY AGAIN if it didn't work and to try and see if it sends confirmation. If it's supposed to send confirmation, it didn't work. Oddly enough, signing up for the newsletter in August didn't give me anything Dragon Age related, EA Australia just sent me 4 Newsletters unrelated to Dragon Age to me and sent nothing afterwards.

Fair enough. You did check to make sure nothing's in your spam folder or on a blocked list in your e-mail, right?

Sorry, that site is NOT valid. That was the old legacy site and does not pertain to this email/newsletter. It is an invalid site that we are taking down.

It may be invalid, but only after I unsubscribed at this legacy site, registration on DA2 site worked correctly. Until then, I tried to subscribe again and again with no effect.

Right, I'm stumped here. I signed up for the newsletter ages ago. I DID get the DA2 Cinematic Trailer newsletter, but not the WH one. My spam folder's empty, and when I vist dragonage.bioware.com I'm not even seeing an option to sign up to anything in spite of having any kind of script blocker or the like turned off.

If you have not received a code and think you should have:

1 - Please check your CORRECT email address. The email it was sent to is the email tied to your BioWare Social account. Some people use multiple email addresses (like a personal one only for family, but a gmail or hotmail for signups to avoid spam, etc). Make sure you are checking the email address attached to your profile and not the wrong account.

2 - You should have signed up for the Dragon Age newsletter which is available here: http://dragonage.bioware.com/ It should appear in teh upper right hand corner of the page. If you do not see it, you have signed up for it (but you can clear your cookies and sign up again. It does not harm things, but it doesn't give you extra codes either).

3 - We are working on a system to allow users to test their sign up to ensure they get the newsletter and teh Staff of Parlanthan code. tThis will take a day or so to get working, but we will let you know when it is up and running.

August 22nd email about the cinematic trailer, but not the 2 codes you
should have sent after that (and I haven't received them in the spam
folder, that I always check before delete).

I use the same email
for all the EA and Bioware accounts and I'm subscribed to the facebook
Dragon Age and Dragon Age Newsletter since you open the Dragon Age 2 web
page, and for what I've read, a lot of people have the same problem as
me.

I hope you can fix this newsletter problem.

Clear your cookies and it'll show, if you use Opera I can tell you how to delete the newsletter cookie only

No it's not, it has absolutely nothing to do with your browser of choice, it's either the mailing list itself or the early website, seeing as how only the people who subscribed early got this problem I'd say it's the latter.

Yeah, I got nothing but Medal of Honor newsletters. Rather aggravating as I've never signed up for anything like that.

I signed up for the DA newsletter months ago with vanilla DA. Was it said that we had to resign up for DA2? Because I used to get DA newsletters constantly, and I haven't gotten anything in a little while...



If that is the case, and I missed where that was said, then I'm sorely upset and wish you guys could extend that for those of us customers who didn't know.

I wonder if it has to do with the what email your using, I'm using Hotmail and the only thing I've received is the Witch Hunt notice .
