I noticed that the DA newsletter address is on my blocked list for my email.

Just a helpful reminder for anyone who should have already got the email is to check your blocked list.

This annoyance seems to occur more often with Windows Live Hotmail.

Yeah, I think a lot of folks who signed up around then got screwed over.

Or is there some kind of inconsistency?

I registered for the newsletter when I created my account years ago but that was with an email that I no longer use. I have now changed my account to my current email address. Is it possible for my code to be resent to me? I sent an email to support 4 days ago and haven't gotten a response which is why I'm posting here. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

if you got the bio newsletter for the new trailer and get ea updates in your email inbox, am i set to receive the codes or is receiving the first few not an indication that il receive the code?



i never usually use my email and am always paranoid about whether i do these things the correct way, or if it matters that i have such a horribily spammy email account.



I dont mind the wait though, just wondering if its past the point of no return in regards to receiving it?



also wondering is it first come first served as i signed up a few hours before the first sign up offer closed (yes i got the time zones correct for that) but i did cut it close.

My email is Hotmail too, but there is nothing that look like DA in the blocked list.
Can someone who recieved the code give us the DA newsletter address ? So we can add it to our authorised newsletter addresses.

I'm in the same situation at the moment. I signed up in August, recieved a gamescon 2010 newsletter and nothing else since then, I have also checked my spam-mail and my blocked-list, absolute nothing. The only visible thing on the homepage is my "like" status on facebook.

If you have not yet signed up for the Newsletter, you can sign up during the month of October and you will still get the newsletter and the code for the Staff of Parthalan. Head over to the Dragon Age homepage and sign up in teh upper right hand corner.http://dragonage.bioware.com/

I had another problem.

I got a code for the Cerberus Armor / Rifle in ME2, I redeemed it here. When I redeemed it, there was an image of the Staff of Parthalan, telling me that I got it.

Of course all went "well" : the Cerberus Armor/Rifle is here, and I don't have the staff listed in my entitlements.

I hope something didn't interfere with the Staff code, because I haven't received it yet (I suscribed very early, the week of the event, in July or August).

I signed on back for the weapon back in August but used a different email address to "like" it but haven't received any newsletter from EA regarding the code. So now I signed up again and then "liked" it on the site. How did any of you get yours, on your account or your email's?

See I remember signing up months ago. I don't get that screen anymore. And like some here, there's nothing in the spam/junk or blocked list. So whats going on here?

I was half hopeful that I'd lost the E-mail into my block list or spam filter.
But I don't have a block list and can still get stuff from EA and Bioware.
