I signed up in August but i didn't receive the staff yet.

I don't see the form to sign up for the newsletter so I clear my cookies and sign up again (I did it 4 times since August) so I should be subscribe but I don't know.

I've received a lot of emails from EA about other games but about Dragon Age only the trailer.

I'm in the same situtation as Giubba1985, _wiwo_, th3warr1or and some others. I've signed up this summer, I've received the newsletter about the trailer but I didn't receive the code for the staff.



I hope you can resolve this problem.

This accounts.bioware.com/my_account/nsl.html sign up here, Bioware might not have fixed the DA mainpage sign up yet, so everyone should use that link to sign up, just to be safe. Not a single BW rep has yet to talk about the broken sign up on the mainpage.

The "Settings For Dragon Age Newsletter" was already on "YES! Send me this newsletter" but bioware community was set on NO

already went there a few times just to be safe, but it still says i'm subscribed even though i haven't got anything since august.

Thats what I have , only received one email so for about the destiny trailer on the 21st of Aug

Have you considered implementing something simpler like "click here in October for the staff of Parlathan" because it's staring to sound like I'm not going to know if I'm signed up or not until it's too late.

Thanks for the update Chris. The account wasn't recognized on the main BioWare site so I updated it again...
I'll be ranting in November if the staff doesn't show

Just going to add my voice to the crowd here. I'm in the same boat as a lot of people; I signed up back in August but still haven't received my staff code. The only DA related thing I've received was back on August 21. I went about and made sure that everything that was supposed to be checked/turned on was on and it is.

I did the same (after initially signing up for it several months back). Needless to say, no staff code nor confirmation emails have ever been received. The subscription management page (http://accounts.biow...ccount/nsl.html) lists both the bioware & dragon age newsletter as subscribed, guess I'll wait for Chris's magic sign up checking system to materialise.

I use for the first time Internet Explorer 8 (I usually use Firefox) and I find a bug in the newsletter form that doesn't hide your password when you write it. Am I the only one who has this bug on IE?
