nothing for me yet, i hope that doesn't mean i can't get it, even though i did all the steps in mid august and re-signed yesterday.

Wow Fujian? That's far from Chengdu, guess I won't be bumping into you . I'm going to No.7 school to check out some stuff, also I'm going to the Chengdu Blades Football match final (Got VIP tickets!).

Also it's always cold in England, I'm basically freezing my butt off 24/7. 

But yeah, we probably shouldn't derail the topic, it's nice to meet you though.

Same here, I have signed up at least 4 times in the past 2 months and still nothing.
I have received one newsletter but it was from EA about Witch Hunt, haven't seen any DA2-specific newsletters.

Why doesn't Bioware just automatically give the staff to everyone, this code distribution thing is only causing uncertainty and annoyance. And the preorder bonus extra's too for that matter, I'll buy the game as soon as it comes out even though a gold or 'ultimate' edition usually is a lot cheaper. These marketing gimmicks are getting very tiresome.

Will reappear if you clear cookies and restart browser, can fill in details again, however I have done this a few times (OCD) to make sure but still no newsletters or code.

I never got the newsletter for the upgrade to the signature edition. This is making me really worry. I have already signed up twice for the newsletter.

I've just signed up for the newsletter using a brand new EA account..hopefully this will help...I just wish the DA2 devs would just released the code for everyone to see, this is becoming stressful.

There was another newsletter? Didn't get that one either, even after signing up again. Then again, Hotmail has this bad habit of apparently permanently blocking newsletters that I'm signed up for, not even sending them to junk. Unfortunately I can't see anything that will allow me to un-block the things, even after adding them to the allowed addresses list.



November's not too far away now. I'm worried that my Mage won't have a shiny staff now, even though all hoops were jumped through...

edit: Why not set up something with face book? Say, something that sends the code if you hit "Like" on the webpage o.O isn't that already a requirement for signing up for the newsletter anyway?

Not to worry folks, there's still plenty of time - you'll all get the item.

If you have not yet redeemed your code, but received the email - either hang on to this until a convenient time, or go ahead and redeem it anytime at the 'redeem promo code' page.  For consoles, ensure the xbox gamertag or PSN name at the top of this page matches the account you use on your console.

If you have redeemed a code - have a look in your 'registered game promotions' page.  You should see the staff on the list.  Again, for consoles ensure the xbox gamertag or PSN name at the top of this page matches the account you use on your console.

While we're working on something here on social to help you verify if you are registered for the newsletter (and bound to get your item email in one of the upcoming email send outs) - you can try to verify if your account is currently set to receive news/email from EA about DA, which is a good first step.

To confirm if you are set to receive email:
1) Go to www.ea.com (you may be redirected to your local country version of this page)
2) At the bottom of the page (footer), you should see a "Login" link
3) Ensure you login with the same email and password you use here on social
4) At the next page, one of the tabs at the top of the page should say "Contact Preferences", select this
5) Ensure the checkbox is ON for "Contact me about EA's products...."
6) Ensure the checkbox is ON for "Dragon Age" (feel free to adjust your preference for receiving other game's news)

You should be set to receive upcoming emails for DA - it's worth reminding folks to also occasionally check your spam folder on your email account.
