had to use the US site rather than the Uk site to finish it. Hadn't chosen a master ID or email verification but thats done now, and DA info was already ticked.

Same here. Hadn't "verified" email or chosen an EA ID. So, HOPEFULLY, now I'm set up to receive the newsletters and the code.

The Dutch EA site says my account is updated (I verified my email for the dutch site), the US version of the site says I'm "unverified". If you're going to work with codes in every country to give out items can you please make sure in advance that all your sites say the same thing :/

Yeah I checked this site way back in septemeber when I first signed up for it and if I remember correctly the box for dragon age was checked back then too and I still didn't get the newsletter.



Now I am european, so maybe thats why? Did you send out to all the NA accounts first and doing all the european in November?

If you're looking to verify your EA Master Account, it seems you need to do that from the US site. There doesn't appear to be a link to send a verification e-mail from the UK site (at least), and it doesn't automatically send one.



I've now gone through and flagged everything I can - just waiting for a tool to confirm eligibility as promised and then, ultimately, getting the e-mail. ;)

Thanks for the info - this is a relatively new thing that's been added to the EA account (the game preferences), and seems like this may have only been added to the US system for now so please use that.

I've been getting emails through from the newsletter that I signed up to beginning of this month but I haven't yet got the code for the staff. Is this normal or have I missed out on the code?

Wahey, well hopefully that sorts that out then. Shame that I can get newsletters about signature edition and da2 in general but codes are somehow different.

I used the US system but I don't see any "game preferences" tab, I only see the "contact preferences" tab. Do we need to add Dragon age to "my games"?

I configured my EA ID, verified my mail account by sending the verification mail and check the "Contact me about EA's product" and "Dragon age" box. Do I need to do something more?

Having to configure three bloody accounts (EA Belgium, EA US and BSN) for a single site is ridiculous. <_<

Just to clarify, the contact preferences have been available on the UK version of the site for at least 3 months, its just called "Contact Options" and is near the bottom of the page. See link to comic con post

No MasterID or email verification as others have already stated.

Edit: The additional interests listing dragon age are in a seperate section on the UK site called "My Preferences NEW".

Checked mine and they should be fine now. That is if its only checking ea.com. Checked my details at ea.co.za and receiving emails from ea is fine but checking on the game tab just times out.

I signed up for the newsletter back in August or September. I've received the e-mail about the Signature Edition, but no code. Really no clue what people mean by certain options only being available on the US EA site (or, indeed, what I would need to do to go to one other than the UK one), so not sure what I should be doing about this. =/

What's the domain we should add to our safe lists? I have ea.com bioware.com dragonage.com all safe, but I haven't recieved anything yet. What if it was sent before they were added? Is there a way to resend it to ourselves?

Sorry to be a bit of a noob but I signed up to the newsletter and also have not received any newsletters. When i go to check my account, verifying its subscription, it doesn't even give dragon age newsletter as an option; anyone know why?

Ahh thanks. I tried deleting my site cookies and re-applying to the dragon age newsletter as I remember signing up so long ago. I have not recieve anything except from the trailer a while back ( i know, same as everyone else). I just hope I get it so bad :(
