5) Ensure the checkbox is ON for "Contact me about EA's products...."
6) Ensure the checkbox is ON for "Dragon Age" (feel free to adjust your preference for receiving other game's news)

You should be set to receive upcoming emails for DA - it's worth reminding folks to also occasionally check your spam folder on your email account.

Both were ticked. My e-mail was verified and I'd chosen my EA ID months ago. I still haven't received a code, nor did I receive an e-mail about the SE.

I've been going through my e-mail every day (inbox, junk, and deleted mail just in case). The only e-mails that I have from Bioware are notifying me of comments and PM's.

Okay so have now checked both UK and US versions of the EA site and checked the appropriate boxes (in fact it seems that my most recent sign up to the newsletter worked at least as the Dragon Age box was already ticked) - I look forward to getting the staff, I reaaaally hope I get the staff... >.<

Seriously though, they could now send a test mail to everyone just as a check, to the extent that if you know you got that specific mail you will be getting the staff and the newsletters, I'm not just after the staff, I would like the newsletters as well!

Been there, done that, waiting for the second installment :D

A confirmation mail when we signed up would of been handy at the start as so many people were not checked off to get it even though they signed up as I found out. A test mail couldn't hurt.

I've now verified my e-mail address on the US site and signed up for the newsletter again, just in case. Although, I find it odd that I received the Signature Edition e-mail despite my unverified status.

Can we have a confirmation email upon successful subscription? Although I needed to verify my nickname, the box for Dragon Age was already checked yet I never received any newsletter. The box might be checked, but many of us are still feeling insecure.

Why does everything have to be so awkward Bioware?! All the game bugs, all the DLC bugs. You'd think that signing up for a newsletter wouldn't take so much work!



Anyway, now that that's off my chest, I've been signed up since day one and still no code. All verified at EA with the proper account and still nothing.



A test email would be an awesome idea.

I too have been registered correctly for months...I've had the proper boxes checked from the beginning...and I've never gotten any newsletters in my email (and I've made sure to watch my spam folders as well).

Thanks very much! I verified my account on EA (was only at 50%) and dragon age was already ticked. So now i'm 100% verified, all I can do is wait. :crying:

I still dont have the code in my email, i think the staff is cool and I want it, what do you recommend  that I should do I logged into my account by the site and I still dont have it, i editted my newsletter to text only and nothing what am i supposed to do

A confirmation of subscription is a good idea.  That keeps everyone from wondering if they're going to get anything.

I just updated & verified mine a couple days ago, but I think we should all wait till November (as was stated by the Devs) until we worry about not receiving it.  And even if it doesn't show up then, I'm sure they'll work with us.  We won't be able to use it till March anyway. :)

Nope... no luck... it also asks me for a
master id... and I have no idea what I am supposed to write there, I tried my
nick name but it says it is either invalid or already exits (of course it
exists... it´s me <_<

Well, I really don't know what else I can do....

I have received all the newsletters, including the last one about the Signature Edition and one about Dead Space 2 (I don't know why)... but no code.

I have set a master id on the us ea store and verified my email.



This is not a good image for the company. Bugs on DAO, bugs on DLC's and now bugs in this staff. I had the intention of buying the Signature Edition but now I really think it's not a good idea.

I received the staff code right when it was first released.



But, I never received any newsletters or announcements, other than the staff code one.........
