This accounts.bioware.com/my_account/nsl.html sign up here, Bioware might not have fixed the DA mainpage sign up yet, so everyone should use that link to sign up, just to be safe. Not a single BW rep has yet to talk about the broken sign up on the mainpage.

Thats what I have , only received one email so for about the destiny trailer on the 21st of Aug

I'm another one who's signed up back when it was first annouced, and nothing. I guess I'll try again...

just tried signing up again, all it says is account updated.  Doesn't seem to be working for me, as that's all it ever told me...alas

Are you supposed to have gotten the staff if you got the destiny trailer email? I got the destiny trailer email but I've seen nothing about the staff.  I also can't sign up for the newsletter when checking the main page...

It says that I'm subscribed there too, but I haven't gotten any emails about the trailer or WH O_o

You should be signed up for the newsletter at the link I provided in my original post in this thread.

No staff. Signed up to every newsletter there is, always has been (except Sonic). Cleared cookies and signed up again, it said Account Updated, nice and green and all (just like last time).



Hope to get the code now.

I had Destiny trailer, no Witch Hunt, and nothing else. I have Medal Of Honor from EA though.

Same for me. I know I've signed up for the damn newsletter, too. Even became a facebook fan to make doubly sure I would get the staff. Nothing.

I signed up when the bonus item was first announced but I only got the trailer newsletter some time ago nothing about the staff. With the linked site I am apparently subscribed because I have to delete my cookies to even see the box to enter my email address.

at  that link i only see three categories in the upper right corner, origins, the store and community. don't see anything about the newsletter, does that mean i'm subscribed then?

I did that on the first day back in august , refreshed my cookies and did it several times again. Every time it says "account updated", but I didnt get any email, neither the one for the trailer or the one for witch hunt. I use Firefox as browser and Mozilla Thunderbird to transfer my emails from a german emailsite ( www.web.de), where I created the adresse I use for the game, social site , facebook and mainly.

Does anybody see the fault I made or what could it be?
