Now that i think about it i checked my email and i didn't get one with the Rise to Power. Hopefully they'll get it set up soon so we can check to see if we get the code so i won't get screwed out of it this time too. lol

I didn't get any e-mail from BioWare, EA or Dragon Age when I signed up for the newsletter before the end of October!



Does this mean I'm not qualified because of my region?

Sigh. I have done the following:



1) followed the instructions by Mr Melo to verify my email,

2) checked the appropriate boxes on the EA site,

3) signed up multiple times for the newsletter,

4) checked my spam mail,

5) made sure bioware isn't on my blocked senders list



AND I didn't receive any notification about the new gameplay trailer (yea and never received a single newsletter). I'm not optimistic about receiving the code at all.



Can someone tell me the email Bioware uses for sending out newsletters? I might try putting it on my safe list as an additional precaution.

I think i've signed up for it 2 or 3 time and checked spam and even checked my EA profile,but at least if i don't get a code i can steal my brother's before he use it. jk

I have yet to receive any e-mail from EA or Bioware but I have faith in Bioware that everything will work out =) Besides it's not even November yet, when November hits and you still haven't got your codes then you can start complaining. =)

I signed up for the newsletter and liked it on facebook. I just want to get a post in here so that it's on the record if I don't end up getting it after the deadline.

Where are you supposed to receive the newsletter? Through your registered email?

I signed up for the newsletter a week ago and still nothing.

I have not recieved any email about the new trailer. I received an email for the first trailer. I have checked the settings at ea.com and everything appears as I believe it should.

So we shouldn't panic until November is done, I like that we can have the mail re-sent to for those who may have unwittingly emptied their spam boxes or for those like myself whose spam empties once a week or whatever, I remain optimistic.

Ok, so I just realized I hadn't verified my email, but I immediately visited the EA US site and got that sorted out. Frankly, I don't even see why anyone would want to use their local EA site, because apparently the important stuff is on the main site, and not on subsites like this.

Well, you should be fine if you clicked the confirmation link in the email you received by doing the above. And assuming that you have the "Contact me about EA's products, news, events and promotions." and "Dragon Age" boxes checked in the "Contact Preferences" tab.

I've subscribed and resubscribed and made sure everything is correct and verified at the EA site and still didn't get the email about the new trailer.

Interestingly, I received the "Rise To Power" email at a different email account that isn't even registered with EA. I just signed it up on the DA2 website to make sure I got the Staff code. Go figure. I don't know what that means for those of who're not getting the emails.

I too haven't received an e-mail for the new trailer, I got one for the first trailer and also one about Dead Space for some reason... I just hope I don't miss out on the staff as I signed up for the newslatter when it was first announced but have yet to receive it...

And still no staff code, I must admit that I've reached the point where I don't want to try anymore, cleared my cookies and "sighed" up again, checked both my e-mail accounts even tried doing a little dance I'm just sorry to see that you guys are having such a huge problem with these codes.

I've done the whole account verification thing, signed up time and again, named a Master account, and yet not even a newsletter.
