As I understand it, there was some sort of screw up and not everyone got the codes the first time around. So now everyone has to wait till november when the new codes gets sent out, hopefully to everyone whos supposed to get one.

Well what if people waited till november, thinking they had done everything right, and then ended up not getting a code because they missed the october deadline? I can imagine alot of people who would be upset by that. Not me ofc

I signed up on the 3rd of this month, but only found out about the email verification ITT the other day, and fixed that about two days before the new trailer debuted; everything is now the way it should be. But I haven't gotten any email about the new trailer, or anything else.

I feel like I should probably try signing up again, but would that do more harm than good at this point? 'Tis unnerving.

I've verified my account and signed up for the newsletter multiple times and I have not received anything Dragon Age related in my inbox or my spam.

I did not get an email regarding the Rise to Power trailer but I did get an email from EA today with a survey and a 20% off coupon, this could mean that verifying my email address did work after all to get their emails because I hadn't gotten anything from them before.

Anybody else receive something like this?

My email is definitely verified because I got an email from EA about The Sims 3 (which I also have checked on my list) but never received anything about the new DA2 trailer.

Makes me worried if I'm truly signed up for it (checked my EA account but every box that has to be checked is checked so I should get - or should've gotten - the mail).

Ok, so I just realized I hadn't verified my email, but I immediately visited the EA US site and got that sorted out. Frankly, I don't even see why anyone would  want to use their local EA site, because apparently the important stuff is on the main site, and not on subsites like this.

Well, you should be fine if you clicked the confirmation link in the email  you received by doing the above. And assuming that you have the "Contact me about EA's products, news, events and promotions." and "Dragon Age" boxes checked in the "Contact Preferences" tab.

well thanks, apperently I have it checked (as I thought) I did' get info about witch hunt but the staff code and trailer were not send....

- Next newsletter/staff email is expected to be sometime in November (no need to observe your inbox in real-time)

- We continue to work on a tool that will allow you to verify if you're signed up correctly, and get the item. 

This will confirm you are signed up (or allow you to sign up) and either...
  a) re-send you the code email at your request
  show the code to you / allow you to redeem it straight away
  c) just add the item to your account automatically

Either way, this will be resolved well before DA2 comes around and in a way that everyone will definitely get their item.
