If you didn't get an email in the first wave, complaining about not getting it this month isn't really logical, because we all know they're sending the new emails out in November, not before.

you have to sign up for the newsletter using the same email you have for you account on here. As long as you do it before October is over you should get a email with the code for the staff sometime in November

tried signing up multiple times over the last month or so... never received anything...



also, i finally figured out where i can find my newsletter settings, but it seems like a very old and out of dat page on the main bioware site where i can only edit settings for older games... ME2, DAO and DA2 dont even appear... so i havent got a clue wether or not im actually signed up for the newsletter at this point...

It is amazing to me that they would let this PR promotion turn into a PR nightmare like this. Someone should have had the web based tool to query the database and confirm status implemented within 48 hours of this problem becoming known.

I got 2 copies of the "Rise to Power" newsletter. Weird

The way it works is really weird. I didn't get the Destiny trailer email, but I did get the Signature edition email, however no Rise to Power email.

Lets hope if it doesnt work they will just credit everyone in the thread thats been trying so hard.

They'll probably switch over to using the "Hindsight" method if the newsletter way doesn't work out.

I think Chris Priestly said that page was pretty much dead and buried around about the time the social site came online.

Have not received anything here and i signed up ages ago. I hope they work something out eventually so we all get these items I did recently sign up for the belt, and it has appeared under my registered promotions but no e-mail for anything at all

I got 2 Rise to Power Emails as well but that won't bother me as long as I get that staff of parlathan code.



I'm hoping that eventually bioware will allow us to get it in another fashion if there is continued problems getting it from the newsletter signups.

Holy flaming sword of Andraste, Bioware must be reading this thread. I just checked my e-mail and an update for the rise to power video was displayed.

Ok, it's probably a coincidence, but it makes me feel better to think that Bioware is paying special attention to me. =p

I've been signed up since they announced that you get an item for signing up to he newsletter and I haven't gotten a code ot an e-mail since then. It even says I'm signed up when I checked so I have no clue what went wrong.

Same as much of you guys - joined up for the extended offer at the beginning of October - got 2 Rise to Power emails today - I want my damned Staff and Hindsight !
