I received the newsletter today, same as last month, but alas, no code for the staff

I sign up in the newsletter after the trailer Rise to Power was post, do I have to receive an email about that?

When I resigned the newsletter, in the main page there was a message saying "Account update".....I really don't know ehat to do

Same here, I haven't received the email yet, but maybe they are strill sending them and we only have to wait a little longer... or maybe the newsletter system still don't work properly. Well see in the next hours...

I have only received the first trailer email. Nothing about rise of power. I have follwed all the steps suggested by Fernando. So holding thumbs there is no issue concerning the staff.

i received an EA newsletter after getting the hindsight belt but nothing from dragon age until now though.

I've not even received the Hindsight belt. I haven't got anything but general EA letters ever since the Sig. Edition newsletter...

Nothing here, got Hindsight alright and followed all the directions on going through the US EA site to verify my e-mail address and all that jazz and never received the Rise to Power e-mail so doubt I'll be getting the the Parthalan one.

I was able to add the hindsight belt without any issues but no emails at all even after doing that. I have today again cleared cookies and sign up again for the newsletter. Still get the green text of account updated but still no emails from BW .

Everyone you gotta give Bioware some time to send out all the codes. I know you're all really wanting this Staff hell even I am, but you just gotta be patient. Like Fernando said just do what he said and that's all you can do. He even said that we'll all get our Staff we just have to be patient =)

The irony was not lost on me. The name also fits with the story the PA guys made up to go with it.

Because a lot of people (like me too) signed up in July/August and haven't received a single peep

I signed up in July/August as well but you just have to have faith in Bioware. I do, they have always delivered and I am sure they're not going to start now.

Ok, so I just realized I hadn't verified my email, but I immediately visited the EA US site and got that sorted out. Frankly, I don't even see why anyone would  want to use their local EA site, because apparently the important stuff is on the main site, and not on subsites like this.

Been there already, done that already.

That's why I'm worried.
