Still no mail about the staff.

Well, hopefully all of us get the staff we are trying to get. Just rechecked my account's account's email verification, and made sure dragon age was checked off for preferences. Here's hoping everyone!

 I signed up for the newsletter ages ago and a few times with the right email address and i havent gotten a single email. No code no nothing.

you have not yet redeemed your code, but received the email - either
hang on to this until a convenient time, or go ahead and redeem it
anytime at the 'redeem promo code' page.  For consoles, ensure the xbox gamertag or PSN name at the top of this page matches the account you use on your console.

If you have redeemed a code - have a look in your 'registered game promotions'
page.  You should see the staff on the list.  Again, for consoles

While we're working on
something here on social to help you verify if you are registered for
the newsletter (and bound to get your item email in one of the upcoming
email send outs) - you can try to verify if your account is currently
set to receive news/email from EA about DA, which is a good first step.

To confirm if you are set to receive email:
1) Go to www.ea.com (you may be redirected to your local country version of this page)
2) At the bottom of the page (footer), you should see a "Login" link
3) Ensure you login with the same email and password you use here on social
4) At the next page, one of the tabs at the top of the page should say "Contact Preferences", select this
5) Ensure the checkbox is ON for "Contact me about EA's products...."
6) Ensure the checkbox is ON for "Dragon Age" (feel free to adjust your preference for receiving other game's news)

You
should be set to receive upcoming emails for DA - it's worth reminding
folks to also occasionally check your spam folder on your email account.

I have been getting the news letter for some time now, but no code for the staff was emailled ..... Hindsight showed up in my redemed promo codes instantly ... If hindsight was able to be loaded in my profile with in moments of clicking it ... how long should it take for the staff code to show up?

Same for me...

I guess I'll just have to wait and see. Maybe I will get the mail containing the code tomorrow. Or some other day.

At least somewhere in November.

It's November. I signed up on July/August as well, hopefully I get my code for the staff soon.

i checked my ea settings and i should be receiving the newsletter, but still havent seen one...



ea chat support guy couldnt solve my problem and forwarded it to senior support...

We are still working on fixing the issue for people who have not yet got their email.

Most of us are worried because we aren't receiving any emails. We aren't even getting the rise to power ad email. If we were atleast receiving those we would be less worried.

If the signup process was functioning as it should we should be receiveing atleast those emails. Even after checking at ea.com and insuring all the settings are correct I am still to receive any email after the initial trailer to announce da2 email hence why I am worried.

I did what Fernando said and once I confirmed my email I got the "confirm email" link plus the new trailer email and Penny Arcade email. I signed up for the newsletter again to get the Hindsight belt from Penny Arcade and that email was waiting for me as soon as I checked, about 10 seconds later.

The belt was in my entitlements page just as fast.

I have to agree, If I got an email or new newsletter than I might feel like i will recieve the staff code.
